It's not that noticeable. The only time I notice it is when I'm lining up a headshot and the guy moves a little. The reticle will "stick" to the guy as long he doesn't move much.

Always on. It's actually very slight in COD, and I believe it's only on when you're shooting from the hip. Not on when you aim down sights.

I'm pretty sure it's the exact opposite.
