Sorry. That was 23 years ago and I'm sure I was lit in the student section. Still remember the catch though.

i do think it's funny how every single week the opposing fans are all "ya know i've been looking forward to our mask video, but this just isn't funny..."
^shouldve asked someone that wouldve helped dipshit
wow, more helpful friends. Thanks.
I am not a trainer or anything, but I just do a workout that a football player friend showed me a long time ago. It's basically the "push/pull" alternating thing Benja mentioned with 8-12 reps on everything. I start with the bench and lat pulls (don't know if this is the best combo, but those two are right next to each other in my gym and the row thing is all the way on the other side), just switching back and forth for 3-4 sets with no more than 20-30 seconds rest between each. Then do the same thing with shoulder press and rows (again, right next to each other). If I have more time, I may also do it with incline bench and upright rows. Then I do curls and tri pulls and then just alternate pull-ups/dips on the "assisted chin up bar" thing until I'm exhausted. Takes about 30 min.
Basically, just "super set" every exercise you do with the opposite motion. I've heard that isolated bicep/tricep exercises are kind of a waste of time (since you get better results from the other exercises that engage larger muscles groups) and that may be true but I like to do them.
And if you're only working out twice a week, I would just do upper one day and lower the other day. Also, I know nothing about lower body lifts.
do you know where i can find some songs that have dudes with beards playing 10 minute jam sessions?
so walking dead last night. wow. great epi
Yes, fantastic.
Amazing how great the show can be when they're not at the stupid farm. Okay, minor WTF moment.....when Shane sliced his hand while trapped in the school bus, wasn't that the same knife he used to stab the zombie guard in the head with at the beginning of the episode? Thereby potentially causing him to become a zombie??
Also, Rick shooting a zombie by shooting a hole through another zombie head was totally badass.
Yeah, they made a big deal about mentioning that the 2 security guard walkers weren't bitten, but never really followed up on it.
Some of us grew up without Fox News. Some of us didn't believe the socialist propoganda from ABC, NBC, CBS and PBS. We learned to think on our own without being indoctrinated by some teacher(s) in High School or College. We learned by studying and coming to our own conclusions. We don't need Fox News as we haven't needed it in the past either. We know that Socialism has never and will never work in the long run, because we are smart enough to understand simple math and operating in the negative can't be sustained for the long run. We know through studying history that Socialism can be National (Fascism) or can become Communist and either directions have resulted in the murder of 100's of millions and the continued murder, tortue and tyranny of people in Cuba and China among others. We don't need the talking points, because we understand the belief in a republic government that is limited and capitalism, though flawed is the best form of government and economic system. What did your comparative studies teach you about unbridled capitalism? Did it teach you about the Gilded Age, robber barons, and rampant greed? Did it teach you about the Great Strike of 1877? Were you able to see how the accumulation of wealth among fewer and fewer people generates societal issues?
We know you can't think on your own and you need ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, PBS, Newsweek, Time, NY Times, KC Star, insert City Paper here, The Daily Show and your Government to tell you what to think and do at all times.
You must have missed the part where I stated that Capitalism is flawed. Yes I believe in laws and necessary regulations regarding capitalism. I just don't believe that Government can run an economy top down better than a free market. And we probably disagree on the type and amount of regulatory influence.
