ER3 injured his throwing hand against a helmet as he threw a pass. This was in the Marshall game. IMO, that totally changed the complexion of the entire season, if the B12CG were to play out to is 35-7 finish. I digress. But, to your point, not exactly an injury caused by our QB run scheme. Buy yes, we did run ER3 a lot.To be fair, your logic is still sound. While Ell did get injured and the QB's did run the ball quite often, it was in a different scheme than what they do now. They weren't just crashing into the middle of the line time and time again.Seems like I remember Ell getting hurt in '03. Even missed a couple of games because of it?Sky should transfer if he doesn't want to have multiple shoulder surgeries. If he is here next year he will start but in this type of offense he has no long term future. Our offense is total bullshit for a QB. If I was a parent there is no way in he'll I would let my kid come to KSU to play QB.
OU and UT run their QB's into the ground.
Don't know about OU but UT certainly does. I can't remember the last time an OU qb missed playing time with an injury.
Mayfield ran all over the place on saturday. Basically if they needed a first he'd take the snap and go.
That's unique to Mayfield though, he's a scrambler, that isn't their offense. They aren't crashing him into line 20 times a game like we do. They aren't making fullbacks ram into his back. Mike and Ell didn't get hurt because we didn't run them that way either. Lbeaz didn't get hurt because he was a Sherman Tank.
Oh man, duh, I'm dumb.
I know. They're huge dumbasses. If you wanna go match ups, look at the A&M tape anyways, it doesn't rough ridin' matter.Exactly, -no one's too tall for our Secondary to t-bag (both figuratively and literally).
i just heard this on the radio but i cannot believe it's true: Vanderbilt has not defeated a ranked noncon opponent since 1946
Incorrect. In the last 10 years, Vandy has played 3 ranked non-conference opponents. In those games, Vandy's record is 1-2, recording a win over #24 Boston College in 2008.
yeah Boston College was not ranked in the AP or Coach's Poll when Vandy beat them in the Gaylord Hotels Music City Bowl in 2008
See below link to summary of 2008 BC football season. Ranked #24 in Coach's Poll entering the Music City Bowl game. Fell out of top 25 after the loss to Vandy. This is not complicated research.

We've never considered your loathsome school to be "peers". Rather, we look down upon you.
We are Nashville. We are an up-and-coming, vibrant, angry city that is the future of America. Kansas is like walking through a cemetery.
On Saturday, I will (gladly) walk-over your football program's grave.
I'm not saying that all Kansans are racist; I'm suggesting that all Kansans are conveniently racist.
Your coach is most geriatric; you should consider a plan for the future.

There isn't much competition in the SECAfter Saturday, half of our victories in the last 4 games would have been against the SEC.
Cats 55 Vandy 17
Should see significant minutes from Thompson and McCoy in the third and fourth.
For doing the right thing, which your school has not (repeatedly), we should be admonished? I think not.
Your ilk should own-up to your sins. Sexual assault is wrong. I pray that your cow school amends its ways.
That is very sad.
Wow, i used to think Vandybildt was a top tier University with a US News top 18 pedigree but in light of recent circumstances i believe i'll have to reevaluate my position.Hey, we'll just chalk them up as the smart rapers of the SEC. And, furthermore, they don't need your permission.
Whoa, you almost made my manservant spit-out his single-malt. Thank you for that. Hilarity. How funny does this sound- "The Commodores last win vs. a ranked non-conference foe came on Nov. 9, 1946" September 16, 2017 isn't looking too good for you either.
This World Wide Web that Al Gore, Jr. created for us is rather informative. It readily-produces the dollar-value of your current endowment.
Further, it also shows that your founder was an abolitionist that liked to talk a great amount. He never actually did anything about those words, but he did talk a lot. Then, he died.
At the end of the day, Vanderbilt...VANDERBILT has been a much more successful institution in accomplishment, status, and wealth of its graduates.
Your Kansas school is rather like any other cow school. Every State has one or more, but they are all (mostly) the same. They let in almost anyone with a pulse and teach the "students" all of the stuff they were too dull to learn in high school. Then, they issue a rather worthless diploma. I actually feel pity for those that have fallen for such deceptions.
Most Sincerely,
A very, very successful Vanderbilt...VANDERBILT graduate that has lots, and lots, and lots of money.
All true statements. They have also been waiting nearly 250 years for a rematch. ...Those sickos.Aside from national championships, what other events that happened more than 100 years ago are you still (oddly) proud of?
Probably their runner-up finish in the civil war.
i mean, come on. in the mid 1860's only a quarter of Tennessee's total population were slaves, it's not like the ENTIRE population of the state was enslaved.
Julia Roberts and Elvira. If you're going to mention Julia, you can't forget our girl, Erin Brockovich. Mega emaw power chick.
probably dont have electricity to run to it if the did have one.I was just going to say that! They probably have 2G wireless, though.
