I must have missed it, any word on why Sneed didn’t play?  Did I miss an update on the foot watch chart?

Kansas State Football / O Line Question

I saw on the Rivals site that KSU received a commitment from an Juco OL that will be a sophomore next year.  The article went on to say that KSU will not have a sophomore OL returning next year because several plays left (the article implied some level of attrition).  The article also mentioned that 'what was once a strength has become a bit of a concern.' Who left?

Tom Killilea --> red shirt freshman, would have been a Soph
Dylan Couch --> red shirt freshman, would have been a Soph

Ben Adler --> red shirting I thought so he will be a R. Fresh
Harrison Creed --> red shirting I thought so he will be a R. Fresh
Bill Kuduk --> red shirting I thought so he will be a R. Fresh
Josh Rivas --> red shirting I thought so he will be a R. Fresh

I am sure I am missing someone.

Kansas State Football / New Coleman as OC Thread

I thought I would start a new thread to discuss Coleman as the Cat's new OC.  I am super excited for him.  Does any one know what changes he may or may not be included to make?  I looked back at his KSU playing days and we were pretty run heavy until the 1993 season and Chad May chucked it around a little more (ran the ball 54% and threw the ball 46% of the time in 1993).  In the NFL Coleman played under Bobby Ross and Bill Cowher and his OC was Ralph Friedgen in SD... I don't think you can gather much from that.


Any thoughts?  I love how fired up he gets on the sideline, I hope that translates to a team with more urgency on offense. At times it felt like we lulled ourselves to sleep and just went through the motions of calling the same plays we normally called.

Jerome Tang Coaches Kansas State Basketball / Nigel Shadd Question

Does anyone know what's up with Nigel Shadd?  He seemed to be getting some minutes early in the season but has not played since the TTech game (Jan 6th) and before that the SE MO game on Dec 16th.  Is he hurt or in the dog house?  I would think that his length could help for a few minutes a game?  I am really glad to see that James Love is able to play again, but goodness he's racked up 6 fouls in 11 minutes of play to go along with 1 point, 0 boards, 0 blocks and 0 assists.
