I'm never in a bad mood. Like 1 in 365 days never. Today I woke up in a bad mood. I actually kicked my dog because he was too excited for me to let him outside to pee. Now I feel bad for doing that. But that event, kicking my dog, actually probably led me to get over my 'mood' and now I'm in a fantastic mood again.

Essentially Flyertalk / Dad ideas

Family blog and all. I'm a fairly inventive Dad and enjoy playing with the kids. But even I have my limitations of creativity. Here's a spot to share ideas for rainy days or afternoon killers when they're bored.

-Pissclams linked "how to build a fort" in another thread. Incredible website with detailed instructions. Don't have link handy, but I can find it if needed.
-My kids are small still 4 & 3. They enjoy the basics like looking for monsters and dragons with flashlights.
-Wadding up paper and shooting hoops into a trashcan was surprisingly entertaining for them.
-Our favorite is to walk through KSU campus on afternoons and look for Dragons in the Castles.

thoughts?-
"First of all, to all oblivious fans arguing, Prewett has already burned his redshirt. Secondly, why would he want to redshirt? People don't understand that NO freshman actually WANTS to redshirt. They all want to get in here, get some playing time, and make an impact, especially a highly-touted recruit like Prewett. Same story for Warmack, who actually is going to redshirt. These guys want to come in and PLAY. Redshirting only discourages them and could lead to quitting the team or transferring ( don't be surprised if Warmack does). Finally, I have heard all the raw talent is there for Prewett is there, but the work ethic and commitment to the program is a totally different story. This is very disappointing, but something that only one person can change, and that is Kaleb Prewett himself. As fans/specators/media, we can't sit here and act like we truly know whats going on in the lockeroom, on the practice field, behind the scenes, and judge every single decision Snyder makes. Just thinking about how to control Nick Marshall and Auburn. What if we simply have someone dedicated on defense to 'watch out' for Marshall? Kind of like a box in 1 in basketball. Let's maybe call him a 'spy' or someone who follows him everywhere.

I'm thinking maybe Tyler Lockett, who is the fastest player on our team could probably do this.

guys this season could go different ways. this is what being a fan is all about. we're not used to being unsuccessfull. what needs to happen for us to right the ship? does the ship even need righted?

-why does our offense look weird and stagnant? have D's figured us out? our we simply not hitting jumpers?
-Foster appears to have the body of my Dad in the driveway.
-Can Will continue to be aggressive and hit his shots?
-Can big Gip continue to be effective downlow?
-Will Jevon dribble more with his right hand?
-Is Westicles the best player that noone is talking about?

Was cleaning out my barn and found them in box. Just stared at them for bit. The day started out terrible for me when we parked in St Louis and I realized I had left my tickets back in Manhattan. Bot some from a scalper. Then endured the tortuous ending. Got home and my tickets were waiting for me on the table. Bad bad trip

Talking points:
-Loss of Zims on run support
-Bubble screen madness and best way to defend
-KSU injuries and how it effects our play (Zims, Britz, Roberts)
-OU injuries/Suspensions (Bell, RB and WR studs)
-Cold weather and pace of play

I think Zims' absence is huge obstacle. His run support and knack for tackling in space can't be taught in one game. I do believe if Roberts is out, Miles is actually better at the LOS escpecially with the amount of WR screens and bubble routes. Has anyone else noticed or been a little upset at Evans' effort on run support? I'm nitpicking, but it seems he takes plays off or is tentative often.

Sewer smell in upstairs shower drain. My google research has led me towards checking the drain trap, but i have no idea what the hell a drain trap is. Do upstairs showers have drain traps? Help if you can.

The smell actually hurts my lungs like amonia gas

Not yet at least. If Daniel Sams was a true winner and 'the man', wouldn't he have found a way to beat Okie St and/or Baylor? Answer this with some thought behind it, would a Sophomore Collin Klein or even a Beasley have found a way to beat Okie St or Baylor? I think they would have. And for that, I'm not sold on Dan Sams as our future stud QB. Future slot or Harper yes.

Why aren't they paying attention to KSU? The media is making me question how good KSU is. I've been reading _Fan and Powercat Posse posts for 2 weeks saying how good we are, but the more articles I read, the more anger I'm feeling. Come Friday I'm going to be a hornet's nest.

We are #12 team in the United States. I'm so angry.
