Gottlieb attributes the win today on karma. The terrible fifth call on CK is the reason the ball bounced our way on the final call. He harped on the issue of officials making bad calls and ignoring the issue of verticality on CBB Final.

I don't watch this show enough. It seems that Gottlieb and Katz really don't like each other. Katz is a effing bitch. I hate him. Doug

Dickie V just said that you can't win a championship with as many one and dones as UK has. I would normally agree with this statement, but since I hate Dickie V will disagree. I say you can win a championship when the guy that didn't go pro become Juniors and Seniors, when you combine them with the one and done players Coach Cal will get.

Give Coach Cal time. I say National Championship within the next 4 years for Kentucky. Last year was an anomaly with the number of guys that left. Experienced depth will come.

It's late and I'm making poor decisions online...poker.

I was just thinking though, was the win against Tech and the return of CK enough to maintain our streak of being the highest ranked x-loss team?

I think we stay in at 25...due to the reasons above and the pride of the voters in not wanting to seem too wrong with their preseason rankings.

I was just curious what others thought about this. I don't really care what we are ranked. If anything, I think dropping out of the rankings would do more good than harm for this team. Big Monday will look better with two ranked teams though.

Guys (and girls...if you want to get all Title Nine about this crap),

I don't know why you are all so glum. We have a quality ball club. We need CK back. We need his finesse and his  How do we expect to get calls with only  :frank: ?
  +  :frank: +  = Successful KSU Men's Basketball season.

We also need to find a way to utilize 95 in some capacity. Even if it only be for two four minute bursts a game. He needs to become a feared weapon off the bench...he brings things to the game that no one else game...and if that is straight up street ball, then so be it.

I still have a KSU boner...granted it's one that isn't fully firm...but still exists. It just depends upon the team to determine its virility.

When I first joined this site, I didn't think I would actually comment very much.

I have noticed that well...that hasn't become the case.

Though I do like my name...it seems too dumb. I would rather it was just Immaculate1 instead of what it is now as way of conveying my point. I tried too hard to be "cute" and get the "EMAW" in there...bush league stuff.

This isn't football guys. Losing games early really doesn't change the caliber of team we have at the end of the year.

We will be as good or as bad as we will be regardless of this rough ridin' unlv game, or the florida one, or the duke one.

This was a great opportunity for other people on the team to step up. Granted it didn't result in a win. I don't see how this hurts us, or how we are hurt for the next three games.

If anything this only helps us going forward. The more time that guys like Wally, Nick, VO, JO, Mart, and Sprads get, the better we are at the end of the season.

You're a complete rough ridin' idiot if you think that somehow the last two games spell demise for our team. eff em...if guys want to be idiots and commit violations, I could give a crap less if they come back.

Most importantly, for the first three quarters of a ball game, I was extremely proud of the way our team played. I just hope that when the "Senior Leadership" gets back they have to find a way to fit in with what we have going forward. I saw a bunch of JYC tonight and I'm damn glad I did. I'm tired of those pussy asses being exactly that....

When they come back I hope the come off the bench for a while.

So there I was sitting across from the most beautiful girl I know, when suddenly I became much more attracted to these 5 men sitting at the table next to me. As soon as they entered and claimed their seats like the sex gods they are, i was instantly transfixed.





The sophomore class was out for a meal on the town tonight. They all seemed to be having a great time and I assure you they are all extremely adorable up close. That Nick Russell is a true cutie pie!!!!

I think this was a team building dinner for their championship run in a couple of years. It made me happy to see them all smiling, laughing, and talking/playing on their iphones.

but good lord I hate Kentucky now. Maybe a lot of it stems from jealousy of having top recruits. I just genuinely root for them to fail year and year out. I will cheer for Darius Miles since he is from my dad's hometown. I can dig that.
