Sorry.  That was 23 years ago and I'm sure I was lit in the student section.  Still remember the catch though.

K-State kicked a field goal with no time remaining to tie the game.

I believe he uses a lot of the practice time during December to focus on the team for next season.

How will we all survive without the fantastic ability to plagarize from Kellis?  Definately won't pay for this sorry excuse for a newspaper.

i do think it's funny how every single week the opposing fans are all "ya know i've been looking forward to our mask video, but this just isn't funny..."

There is a redeeming quality.

It's sad that Kevin Lockett can't be considered.  Not only is he our #1 receiver of all time, with him coming to K-State and playing so well we were blessed with Aaron and now Baby Lockett.

Was never a fan of Kites, except when I was a Frosh, Soph, Junior in '91-'93 (they would let minors in), before closing and reoppening. But it doesn't appear to be good news for Kite's lovers from here forward:

Everyone already knows who the next FBHC will be.  I don't know of any reason to even discuss such a thing.

You were a terrible hire and are proving those fans right today.

12
Full of crap, this guy is.

13
If I boo this prick the next time I see him at a Football Game, will I get kicked out?

14
Can he just ask one tough question about the results Weber and Assistants have had over the past few years?

15
Currie states the difference b/w the coaching hot list between a month ago and now is different.  A little slip up?

16
BITB will wilt under the pressure today.

^shouldve asked someone that wouldve helped dipshit

wow, more helpful friends. Thanks.

I am not a trainer or anything, but I just do a workout that a football player friend showed me a long time ago. It's basically the "push/pull" alternating thing Benja mentioned with 8-12 reps on everything. I start with the bench and lat pulls (don't know if this is the best combo, but those two are right next to each other in my gym and the row thing is all the way on the other side), just switching back and forth for 3-4 sets with no more than 20-30 seconds rest between each. Then do the same thing with shoulder press and rows (again, right next to each other). If I have more time, I may also do it with incline bench and upright rows. Then I do curls and tri pulls and then just alternate pull-ups/dips on the "assisted chin up bar" thing until I'm exhausted. Takes about 30 min.

Basically, just "super set" every exercise you do with the opposite motion. I've heard that isolated bicep/tricep exercises are kind of a waste of time (since you get better results from the other exercises that engage larger muscles groups) and that may be true but I like to do them.

And if you're only working out twice a week, I would just do upper one day and lower the other day. Also, I know nothing about lower body lifts.

This, and also in between sets, its good to do some cardio to boost your heart rate.  Air squats for 60-seconds might do the trick.

so walking dead last night.  wow.  great epi

Yes, fantastic.

Amazing how great the show can be when they're not at the stupid farm.  Okay, minor WTF moment.....when Shane sliced his hand while trapped in the school bus, wasn't that the same knife he used to stab the zombie guard in the head with at the beginning of the episode?  Thereby potentially causing him to become a zombie??   :horrorsurprise:

Also, Rick shooting a zombie by shooting a hole through another zombie head was totally badass.

Yeah, they made a big deal about mentioning that the 2 security guard walkers weren't bitten, but never really followed up on it.

In the book World War Z, it discusses how some people who were not infected became so mentally unstable that they just thought they were zombies.  I doubt this is the case, but it wouldn't suprise me if the writers took some things from this book.  Fantastic read by the way, if you are into the Walking Dead you would love this book.  I'm sure the movie will eff it all up though.   :chainsaw:

Cracks me up that this woman, who goes to a school that costs $40,000+, says she is going broke from buying birth control and that it should be subsidized and paid for by someone else and people think that this is logical.  If you had sex three times a day and used $1/condum it would be $900/year (excluding the days she is on the rag).  This woman claims she is spending $3,000/year on birth control.  That would definately put her in the slut category.  And if she wants someone else to pay for her to be able to have sex, that would put her in the prostitute category.  So she is a slut and wants to be a prostitute.  Not sure why she isn't a prostitute, cause she could make a lot more money with all the sex she wants to have.  What the eff happened to personal responsibility and paying for your own entertainment.

Some of us grew up without Fox News.  Some of us didn't believe the socialist propoganda from ABC, NBC, CBS and PBS.  We learned to think on our own without being indoctrinated by some teacher(s) in High School or College.  We learned by studying and coming to our own conclusions.  We don't need Fox News as we haven't needed it in the past either.  We know that Socialism has never and will never work in the long run, because we are smart enough to understand simple math and operating in the negative can't be sustained for the long run.  We know through studying history that Socialism can be National (Fascism) or can become Communist and either directions have resulted in the murder of 100's of millions and the continued murder, tortue and tyranny of people in Cuba and China among others.  We don't need the talking points, because we understand the belief in a republic government that is limited and capitalism, though flawed is the best form of government and economic system.

We know you can't think on your own and you need ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, PBS, Newsweek, Time, NY Times, KC Star, insert City Paper here, The Daily Show and your Government to tell you what to think and do at all times.
What did your comparative studies teach you about unbridled capitalism?  Did it teach you about the Gilded Age, robber barons, and rampant greed?  Did it teach you about the Great Strike of 1877?  Were you able to see how the accumulation of wealth among fewer and fewer people generates societal issues?

You must have missed the part where I stated that Capitalism is flawed.  Yes I believe in laws and necessary regulations regarding capitalism.  I just don't believe that Government can run an economy top down better than a free market.  And we probably disagree on the type and amount of regulatory influence.

The reaction to this death by the Liberals is very revealing once again.  They show how they are completely full of hate and how intolerant they are of other ideas that don't conform to their own way of thinking.  Nothing new from the Democratic Party however, as it was in the Civil War, KKK, Progressive's in the early 20th century supporting National Socialism, support of Communism and on and on with their hate today.

Some people can be so obtuse and anyone who believes the left side of this flowchart fits into this category.  This completely leaves out the flow chart where huge governments, with way more money than "Big Energy", which are seeking more power, spend billions in grants to scientists.  These grants are also awarded in a manner, through reoccurance, to influence an outcome that will increase power and control to the governments over the people and the economy.

But these obtuse people keep cheering, clueless that this will impact their economic and social freedom in a negative way.
