Best case scenario.  OSU players are exhausted and just relieved they didn't blow the game.  Baylor would have had crazy momentum if they would have come back and won.  Wake me up on Saturday

Agree with post from above about beating Baylor.............didn't really dawn on me until late last night.  We ripped their rough ridin' hearts out.  Nowhere near what they did to us......but still feels great.  Enjoy the NIT losers.

I was playing $1 chips in vegas last year and hit on a number on roulette........the dealer thought I had played with $5 chips so he gave me $175 in winnings instead of $35.  I immediately cashed out and left the casino.

I had 17 against 17 and the dealer added wrong and paid me off thinking I had 18. Don't really feel bad about taking $20 from a casino that makes millions... Then again I don't know if the dealer would get punished. Surely the casino wouldn't find out unless they watched the tape.

I've been paid on losing or push hands hundreds of times. that's not something to be ashamed of, that's the cost of the casino doing business.

At one point I had to switch the channel to the Baylor/UCONN game.........was making my eyes bleed.  Sucks that it was our Big Monday game and nobody outside of Kansas/West Virginia watched it

So, what do we have to do to win this game?  ISU shotting below 50% 3pt is a good start.  Seems like our on ball defense has been very good lately.  I anticipate our activity will limit their open shot opportunities. 

Offensively, I don't see any reason why we can't exploit our size advantage.  We didn't do it last time, though.  I don't know if ISU took them out of the game, or if we simply failed to execute the game plan.  ISU's a pretty small team.  With Gip's increased productivity around the rim and JO's height advantage, it seems like we should make hay in that area.

Thoughts?  I hope our team isn't overlooking ISU like our fanbase is.   

2 words that don't belong in same sentence.  Unless it's.....with JO in the game, the other team has a large advantage.

They use it all the time.  "We need to lose"  "We don't want to be #1"  "I wish the streak would be over"  "I'm glad we lost"

It's bizarre.  I'm like.......winning is fun, no?

yeah this. It would be nice to compete, but we won't. I'm not too worried about it. If we want to win the B12 we are going to need help regardless of if we win vs them on Monday or not.

we are going to lose 1 or 2 or more games rest of the year.

in fairness i should say that i bet he does want to come back. but i would also add that he would want to come back for the money only and that kstate is his best shot at getting on at a position coach. i'd also say that it is fact that he did not enjoy being here as a grad asst and tried to find work outside of coaching. do not want.

Could be a couple of things, I guess...

1. Smith and Clements realize that they aren't going to be coordinators under Snyder any time soon, therefore, they're getting out of Dodge to further their careers.

2. Smith and Clements realize that Snyder won't be around much longer (1 or 2 years) and decided to take lateral moves (for more pay) at big time programs because there is no guarantee of a job after he leaves.  Not a bad preemptive move for either of them.

3. Snyder is retiring now and everyone is getting the eff out.

My money is on #2.

Also, Jon Beasley will probably get the nod as WR coach.

i haven't read past page two but there are already multiple beasley mentions. beasley hated it here when he was a coach and was begging everybody he knew to get him a job outside of coaching. absolutely no way that he's coming back. now i'll read the other four pages.
