Winners continue to win and Klieman has done that in spades.  System and Culture are the keys, recruiting would be third on the list.

Kansas State Football / Does waiting hurt our recruiting?

Since we haven't gotten an announcement that we have a new coach, I think it's safe to conclude that someone's first choice for our next head coach is in the middle of the bowl season.  Coaches have been hired away from teams that are preparing for their bowl games but usually those are assistant coaches.

I fear that if we are waiting for our #1 choice to play their bowl game, we are killing valuable recruiting time.

Thoughts?
