This is a battleground state poll

I think this is what I was expecting. Does Trump get like a handicap of like ~+3 with the electoral college?

I don't think it's a big surprise that this is a contest of political power to the detriment of the US Constitution. It's being treated like toilet paper and I don't think there's much of a loss felt about it tbh

I legit think Pete is the most evil candidate. I can see him doing more damage than Trump because he'd be sneaky about it and Trump is too dumb to do any real damage. Like Pete would have hella drone wars and government overthrows and whatever the healthcare lobby wants while talking about unity bullshit to the public

I don't see how he'd do more damage than say Biden. I get trusting him less than Biden.

6
The Bernie/Trump voters care mostly about people who aren’t part of the “system.” Basically they’re just folks who are pissed off at life right now.

The Pete supporters don’t really care about that. They mainly just want a government that functions, even if the guy making the wheels turn seems disingenuous.

Like I didn't expect a Bernie Trump overlap but I guess it's there.

i've been surprised at how well bloomberg does in head to head polls.

There for awhile wasn't Trump behind all the Democratic candidates, or am I misremembering and am thinking about older national polls? Seems odd that a Bernie voter would switch to Trump given the choice of say Pete as the alternative.

Should be more suspensions for #thuglife from Lawrence.

Particularly the staff member.

Death Penalty is the only way to prevent this from happening again.

Interesting, he's going to cede to executive privilege, say the process wasn't followed by the house, no more witnesses, the Senate cannot hold a trial and wait on a judge, insufficient evidence for a decision of this magnitude, trial over.

Gets to focus on process and shift blame to Democrats for speedy impeachment. But that doesn't play into a Trump exoneration tho

With the caveat that the deal he doesn't make could have been undone in the future or fought against tooth and nail. There would have been value in bipartisanship, if it could have materialized. Anyone been following the court decisions on the ACA lately?

Will the nickname Octagon of Doom be taken out of context for the next contest  :runaway:

I'm no expert and am totally biased, but it seems like the President's lawyers are kinda shitty at this.

So how are fans going to feel when Diarra returns this summer to his home state as a grad student transfer to play for Frank?

Would Frank crush him  :ohno:

That's some range  :surprised:

You know Parnas is an American citizen who moved here when he was three years old, right? Of course you do

He’s a Ukrainian-American , with massive ties to his homeland. LOL, please.  He’s also been indicted.  Remember a few weeks ago he was the super corrupt dude working for Rudy.  Now you believe every word he says.

He gains what for lying at this point?  What does he gain telling the truth?

Clinton Foundation is obvi behind this right Dax?  :Wha:

What are the big distinctions between bernie and warren as far as what they want to accomplish?

They're aren't any. Some ardent, and ill informed, supporters will try to act as if small differences on process make for philosophical differences. The only reason I'm caucusing for Liz over Bernie is my concern for his health, but even that is barely different, they're both 70 somethings running for president. Unless Pete or Yang pull some miracle, our president will continue to be the oldest of any world leader of relevance, by far, Putin is the next oldest at 67.

None is a strong statement, but from what I can tell they want to enact similar things. I don't know if the philosophical difference exists because I don't follow them close enough, I lean towards it does exist. From a functional perspective that distinction won't matter with a likely divided legislative branch.

I mean him placing alot of weight on the results of the 2016 election with respect to how he views probability of election makes some sense. On the other hand what if he had fully endorsed Hillary enthusiastically earlier?  :dunno:

Can't wait to see dax's word salad explaining how he wasn't lied to when he believed a crooked "billionaire" would drain the swamp.

Are you surprised it solely focuses on Barack?

Yeah this is about putting Pubs on the record than removing donald trump.

None of this would have come out without the impeachment inquiry.

I think what's sad is so far Senate Republicans have basically positioned themselves to cede their constitutional duty as a check against the executive branch. Their duty, so far as I can tell, is to protect the president and his political party. Pretty big eff you to the Constitution and I guess Americans are okay with that due to partisanship  :frown:

I guess grats Putin  :dunno:

Mitch seems to be delivering.  :Yuck:

So you are saying this system didn't exist until then?

It's pretty clear that this particular SAM battery wasn't active until Monday night, otherwise every plane in that path, right outside of the busiest airport in the county, would have been shot down.

I don't know exactly how these weapons operate, are they fully automated, is there a human decision once an aircraft is identified? Either way the consequences for their use should be understood. Just as escalating tensions through killing a military leader.
