The answer is because the people who post on this message board are weak-willed lilly-livered cowards who hide behind their anonymity to blast the best thing that has ever happened to Kansas State University.

There would be no Kansas State Football without LHCBS.  This is an indisputable fact.

No other coach will EVER succeed at Kansas State unless they are groomed by LHCBS.  This fact was proven when that hood-rat from Maryland came along and arrogantly refused any of LHCBS's help.  Sure we got hip-hop football in Manhattan, but it sure as hell wasn't K-State football.   Finally people like me finally ran the Barack Obama of coaches out of town, but the little panty-wastes on this site still didn't get the picture.  Only a certain pedigree of man can run this ship and who has a better pedigree than RHP Sean Snyder?  No one.

These are facts:
1) LHCBS is the best coach KSU can and will ever get.
2) There is 0 (zero) chance of success for a head coach outside of the Snyder tree.

WTF is going on here?

1.  Apparently Noudj's kid's name is Honus!
2.  Apparently has not yet adopted his father's "get off my lawn" Clint Eastwood perspective on life
You need to keep my son's name out of your mouth and off of this board.  This is not an idle threat.

I cannot believe that my old neo-con nemesis Tannoudji donated to the cause.  I have to sincerely apologize for things I have said to you my man, thanks for getting me going!  Ebony & Ivory, peas & carrots, PB&J, all that cac stuff, sorry old habits die hard.  Anyhow way to step up for BB/BS!

First of all, that is my son who made this donation, not me.  You can cram your "apology" up your nose with a rubber hose.  I don't even know who you are, but you sound like the typical goEMAW twenty-something who had never had to do anything meaningful in your entire life.

My son called me last week and asked if I wanted to also make a "donation" (a.k.a. actively subsidize teen pregnancy and encourage a further sense of entitlement in the spoiled children of today), and I of course promptly turned him down.  You cretins and gutter-rats on this website have polluted his mind and unfortunately, has developed a softer heart and head over the last year or so.  Five years ago he never would have given a dime to this bleeding heart organization of whiners and panhandlers.  The entire concept is an utterly stupid one, devoted to spoiling the children of parents who where obviously too stupid and/or lazy to provide adequate  "entertainment" for their young.  I for one am not going to waste a red cent on those people.  Let them fix their own problems.

But hey, if you sheeple want to propagate the problem by all means give money to this "organization".  I guess ACORN didn't teach you that those people cannot be trusted with any hint of responsibility.

We need someone with K-State ties.  The perfect hire is either Steve Henson or Tim Jankovic.  I would lean towards Tim because he has shown he can win at a smaller school and he has paid the necessary dues in the coaching world.  If either of them were our coach right now we would still be ranked in the top 10, and there is absolutely no question about that.

I would call this the dumbest idea I have ever heard about, but then I remembered you guys thought it was a good idea to pay a high school coach more money than he can ever spend on rims for his car or whatever his people blow their money on.   Bill is going to once again be the only coach at K-State to play a post-season game.  Maybe he can get Frank Martinez to apply his natural talents to come clean his pool over the summer.

8
......and the transformation to being KU fans is complete.

Maybe "Coach" Frank can use this cover and the preseason clippings to fill the trophy case, because it looks pretty empty to me.

I am literally laughing aloud at all of you idiots who are surprised at the current situation.  I told you months ago that "Coach" Frank Martin was losing control of this program.  For a coach who has won nothing of merit he sure does seem to get a lot more slack than a the football coach we CAN and HAS beat his rivals, and CAN and HAS won a conference championship.

While I am sure most of the Martinites around here will be quick to defend him, you will all have to eat a lot of crow after we lose this afternoon in what will be the least shocking upset of a top 3 team in history of college basketball.    I would save your anger though, you will to direct it toward the selection committee in March when the Wildcats are on the wrong side of the bubble.

I never thought I would see the day when K-State fans decided that a preseason ranking was something worth celebrating.  So very sad.  The transformation to lily-livered KU fans is complete.

I don't understand how you can all go ahead and cheer for thugball and Frank Martin(ez)'s theatrics, while putting down the greatest coach in KSU's history.  Last I checked it was still football season, our (and I mean our in the loosest sense possible since you don't seem to like football anymore) team is 5-1, and just whooped up on the Sqwaks again.

But don't let me stop you from putting on airs.  When this team collapses in January as usual I will be here to remind you that football drives the bus at this school.

Just go ahead and let us know when OB has us ranked #3 before the season starts in football sometime...until then stop taking a cac on our parade  :pbj:
Wake me up when Frank Martin(ez) actually beats his rival more than once in 3 years (they have played 8 times already) and wins the conference (or heck anything).  Now that the league is actually going to start calling fouls, the streetball that Frank runs will quickly get abused by teams with strong fundamentals and team play.  Quite frankly it was about time the NCAA tried to clean up the game before it became the little NBA.

Anyone can get ranked highly in the PREseason.  Frank is a media darling (with his "poor immigrant" sob story and minority status) that ESPN loves to highlight to show how "oh so progressive" they are.  Same reason ESPN hyped Ron Princess when he was destroying our football program.  You sheep keep chewing that grass, but soon enough you'll realize they're just fattening you up for the slaughter.

Well, well, well it is unraveling before our eyes.

As I have always said you can't spell Dominique Sutton without quit and you can't spell Frank Martin without Affirmative Action Joke.
Buy hey, we can all go bask in the glow of our Big 12 Runner-Up trophies and our Almost Made it Out of the Regional banner.  Why you guys keep blindly defending Frank (one somewhat smart poster has dubbed you Frank-ites) while dragging down the only coach as K-State who has won something worth a damn is beyond me.

I am sure this thread will devolve into people calling me names or getting upset that am not as "PC" as you would like, but relax.  You can always go back to reading you threads about dandy-boy TV shows and what kinds of imported beers you pretend to enjoy.

The Problem is . . . I want to be good for a long time.   Frank is literally rewriting the Lon Kruger road to insignificance right before our very eyes.

It is amazing to me that people can't see this.  Frank has been riding the Huggins coattails for a while now.  All Frank does is bring in his "style" of players that he treats as favorites and runs off the players whose last names don't have accents.   But hey, we get mentioned on ESPN Deportes every once in a while!

Frankites! I love it!

9
Frank Mart(inez)'s program which you all were puffing out your chests about is falling apart before your eyes.  Well that is a lie isn't it?  It's been falling apart for months now.  Over the summer I told you all repeatedly that Frank was pulling the Wool(dridge) over your eyes.  There are two programs at K-State worth talkin about.  One is on the way up, a bowl game after being the worst program in the conference; and the other is spiraling down faster than anyone can keep track of.

#6?  #6?  Really?  A fool could have seen that this team deserved to be no where near the top 25 to start the year.  But you all (like the media) fell for Frank's spin and razzle dazzle slick talking.  The vultures are circling the program.  We have vastly overpaid assistant coaches and a head coach who will only "recruit" spanish kids.  If Frank was white, his blatant favoritism would be the lead story on ESPN every night.

But hey, you idiots can keep ragging on a Hall of Fame coach and keep acting like this high school team we are putting on the floor will get better.  After our first round exit in the NIT maybe you fools can pool your money together to make a Fire Frank billboard and actually do something useful for this school.

blame the black man.  seems to work for 'noudji in both KSU coaches as well as politics.
Look how stupid you look wanting Ron Princess back as head coach.  It's going to take years (at lest 5 or 6) to just fix the problems he created.

Funny that the coach that made bowl games so commonplace are boring is the same one you want to run out of town for daring to only go 7-5 with the worst talent in the Big 12.  We were picked to finish last by the media for a reason.

Kansas State Football / Re: I laugh at you people who blame the staff

You whiners realize that if it weren't for this staff we would be 0-fer in the conference, right? Probably 2-10 overall or so too. This team is simply terrible, and through some miracle we've actually been able to win some games this year. So many games in fact, that we're going bowling.

All I know is, we were picked to finish in the basement of the north... with good reason. Now we're 7-5 and heading to the postseason. I see zero reason to complain.

Thank god Cosh got us those seven wins too.

Just for the hell of it;  As of last week, here's a couple of schools with statistically better overall defenses than KSU:

Wyoming  -  (I know, all the recruits are just dying to get to Wyoming - something about MCMW just loving moutain ranges)
Troy - I'll honestly admit... I don't know where the eff they play?
Idaho - see Wyoming
KU -  Pfft
Utah State - Not to be confused with Utah
La. Lafayette - Don't we beat the cac out of them every once in a while?
Iowa State - See La. Lafayette
Colorado - This teams Defense LOST TO KU!   :horrorsurprise:
Colorado State - This Team Lost to a teams Defense that Lost to KU   :horrorsurprise: :horrorsurprise:

So yeah... really.   7 wins is pretty effing amazing - But there's no excuse for keeping Cosh around and I think any coach that decides to keep him around needs to be fired.

And while I"m at it, If Cosh isn't gone Monday, this extra couple of weeks that a bowl game affords KSU isn't going to do anything but make this defense worse.

Do you think injuries had something to do with this?  HUH?  Do you think?  Didn't we have a team captain and leader on defense get hurt?  Someone called Hrebeck maybe?  Maybe?  Maybe he was a bit more important than you jokers thought he was.  Just MAYBE?  You don't lose an intense guy like that and not miss something.  Thanks to Prince the depth is not there.  Cosh isn't the greatest defensive coordinator our there, but no other coordinator could have done better with these weak-willed players Prince left us with.

I wish our fair weather fans were out of here by Monday.

You want to know some other teams that are going 7-5?

Iowa
Penn State
Florida
Michigan
Miami

I repeat we are 7-5, going bowling. Big wins over KU and Texas. I'm a happy Wildcat fan today. I really think some of you need to get some perspective here. This team hasn't gotten worse as the season has gone on - that goes for the run defense as well. The reality is that our run defense is just about the same today as it was at the start of the season. More and more game film, more and more teams exploit weaknesses.  Every loss this team has had but one wasn't decided until the fourth quarter, often VERY late in the fourth quarter. And all but one of those losses came against statistically some of the best offenses in the nation.

too many black players, right?
Too many of Ron Prince's players.

Hey idiots, LHFCBS is the reason why this team got 7 wins this year. He kept this team alive this year and believing in themselves and not giving up like they did under Prince. The defense would've realized they can't stop any offense and gave up under Prince.

KSU has been to 13 bowls games in it's history, now going to 14, of which 12 are going to be coached by Snyder, and you all are going to whine about it all night long....pathetic.

Tannoudji hates Frank who wins, and supports this old loser.  Nice.
HFCBS has won the conference and beat his rivals like drum (Frank is .500 against MU and is 1-8 against KU).  Frank hasn't won anything.

Whatever.   You know I am right.  This whole board wouldn't exist without HFCBS and all you would be left with hanging out in your parent's basement cheering on the Jayhawks since they would have been  the only Div 1 team in the state.

This place is a joke.  Talk about a complete lack of perspective.  Two years ago we were the worst team in the Big XII, now we are competitive in every game but one (against a Top Ten team at that!).  Until Jesse Jackson's players are out of the system, this team will hover around the middle of the conference.

only the jokers on here would fire a coach for that.  Half of this team is still Ron Princess' players and quite frankly its a miracle the team has performed as well at it has to date.  This is only HFCBS's second year for Heaven's sake, with only one real recruiting class under his belt.  But hey if you all want Ron Princess back at the helm be my guest.  At least this year's team doesn't quit and plays with heart.  Heart I wish our fanbase (well only this joke of a board) shared.  Our record would be 2-9 with Ron Princess as coach, and you know it.  All of you idiots are too young to understand the process in creating program and want everything fixed in a day.  HFCBS took over the WORST team in conference and had them on the verge of winning the Big 12 in his first year with that Affirmative Action Joke of hire's players!  But cry cry cry!  I think I will trust the man who is called one of the greatest coaches in college football history.

This is just another example of the PC nazis taking over our country. Somebody might find our flag offensive, so our government takes it down. It's only a matter of time before our government websites start displaying text in English, Spanish, and Islamic. We need to take this country back ASAP!
Exactly.  We can fight this, but we have to be strong, vigilant, and ruthless in the pursuit of our freedoms.  The lives of our children and grandchildren are on the line here.  It's time to claim this country's proper heritage once again.  This Hip-Hop president should be the wakeup call for everyone!
