Not sure what Todd Reesing has to do with this...

And as far as Collins goes, blowing off your teammates and fans is in a different category than allegations made against him.

Leaving his personal life out of it, being a bad teammate when you're "done" playing at a university is that I was referring to.

And yeah, bench players can win two national championships. But Collins would have won a championship as a starter and one as the 6th man. Collins wasn't "just some bench player" in the 2008 National Championship..

Not to mention, he'd be the first player in Kansas history to play an active role in two national championship seasons.

The best way to measure a player is if he wins. I'm sure KSU fans will consider Jacob Pullen one of the program's best players if you guys win 28-30 games next season...even if you don't reach the Final Four. If Pullen doesn't lead in the top 10 in points per game, he's not a good player?

I'm still confused as to why people think Sherron is one of the greatest KU players of all time. GMAFB.

They don't anymore now that he is gone. 

I said if he won a championship, he'd be the greatest KU player of all time. He failed.

I thought it was pretty pathetic he was on a video chat with fans the night before the game. I don't think he was focused at all.

It was really hard for me to like this team. It was nothing like the 2008 team and seeing how Collins has blown off his teammates and coaches after this season, he's ruined his reputation (at least with me). I know the majority of KU fans will still love him but what he's done the last month has been really disappointing.

I got about 530 views on this blog post yesterday about about half of them are from you guys.

Thanks to the person who linked to this (I'm guessing one of you follows my twitter account).

I might be eventually doing a story on K-State for basketballtimesonline.com. I was going to do a story on Frank Martin in March, but the Big 12 denied my credential request due to space issues.

Again, thanks for the views and I'll let you guys know in the fall if I have a Frank Martin/K-State story in the works.
