Didn't see big 10 overtaking the SEC as the dominant conference but here we are.

what I was getting at here is the SEC was protected by the 4-team CFP and are exposed by the 12-team one.

Also, the seeding in this thing is ridiculous

Don't really care about the seeding, realistically having the big 10 and SEC champs be 1 and 2 was always going to happen. It's just more odd Boise if anything leaped into the top 4. I guess I enjoy having winning conferences matter.

I also agree. SEC especially this year is not very good. I think the big 10 was dealt a pretty favorable hand though. I think the only thing I wish in this playoff so far is Zona State won so no SEC and even with Texas still in ESPN to me has to keep trying to remind everyone about them.

And thank God the SEC had their pocketbook open in the booth to make sure Texas wasn't called for targeting!!  Otherwise there'd be ZERO SEC teams in the semifinals.

Anyone in the know of why we never installed ribbon boards on the West Stadium Center?

Seeing these light shows with drones etc. from other teams is making me feel insecure lol.  I rough ridin' hate Nebraska but the video of their light show before the 4th quarter that is currently going around X made me jealous.

aTm is a dumpster fire.  Their record against UT is 37-76-5 (0.33).  About the same as K-State/KU BEFORE Snyder (0.31)...

That's the way I understand it.  Because it is 3 teams, they throw out the head-to-head victories and just take the record against the next-highest ranked opponents (KU and ISU).

If I was a Cowboy, I'd be LIVID.  But I'm a 'Cat and hope it plays out that we get another shot at Texass.

My understanding is that if we would have played OU, then OSU would be in due to head-to-head over both of us. But since we didn't play OU, they just skip right past that.

Paraphrasing from something I saw on FB:

We're probably in if we win out and Texas wins out.

• We win tiebreaker if second place is a 3-way tie betw K-State, oSu, and OU ('Cats 2-0, oSu 1-1, OU 1-1 against KU/ISU)
  
• We lose tiebreaker if it's a 2-way tie with us and oSu (head-to-head)
  
• We lose tiebreaker if it's a 2-way tie with us and OU (OU beat Texass)
  

If ISU beats UT, we likely play OU in champ.

This got me looking at their stadium on Google maps haha.  It appears to be a nice stadium but does anyone else think it's strange that Louisville built the Adidas logo into their chairback colors when they added onto the endzone?  Must've been a thank-you for all the basketball recruits they funneled to UofL all those years?  They are just completely sold out to corporate sponsors and naming rights.  Glad we do things the way we do.

Can't imagine any school with options is satisfied with $20M and far less visibility. And oh yea fans, you will have to subscribe to both apple and the PAC add on within apple TV.

I'm all in on Arizona or Arizona/UO/UW. No other schools from the PAC.

This is the way.

In my *ideal situation (bc obviously I know more than the University Presidents that are paid to discuss this all day), the Big 12 takes MAX 3 more from the PAC.  Whatever combination of UA/UO/UW/UU/ASU WANTS to join and be a member without jumping ship in 7 years.  Then pick up Louisville and Pitt when the ACC implodes for more eastern brands and presence.  Big 12 goes (all but) coast-to-coast and has all time zones covered.

*Nothing is ideal anymore.  Take me back to 1996-2010 Big XII aka THE ideal conference before the Longhorns f****d us all.

Agree.  All this buzz around them is a breath of fresh air for the Big 12.  Rooting for Prime to win as many games in the PAC this year so we all look better to the College Football gods that be.

1. Central Florida
2. Houston

Make room for the rest of 4 corners + UW + UO (last two a DREAM).  Utah and their fans were skanks, but I’d love to see the Holy War in the Big 12 rather than the Space Race.

Man, they really cut some corners fro what they planned with that facility. Will be interesting to see if the interior layout for Volleyball is much different.

I agree.  Does anyone know why they didn't finish the huge "K-STATE" on the side of the Football Practice Facility like the renderings showed?  And will the Powercat on the Volleyball Arena also be skipped over?  Thought those looked sharp in the renderings but didn't see them in the final products. 

Disclaimer: haven't been to MHK in awhile so I can't confirm if the K-STATE was added after the webcam was taken down.
