Kansas State: Head coach LHC Bill Snyder lived up to his reputation by bringing in eight JUCO players to this recruiting class (EIGHT!), and few of them are highly regarded. The high school recruits aren't much better, either; for every Ian Seau (Junior's nephew) with a list of decent offers, there are several high school signees with nearly barren offer sheets. The Wildcats were surprisingly decent in 2010, even reaching the Pinstripe Bowl, but their recruiting shows no signs of momentum. This is the type of class one expects from a 3-9 team.

So this pretty much means Cosh is staying right?  I mean, you would think the new secondary coach would have some sort of tie to a DC we were pursuing.  This guy has ties to no one, absolutely no one.

Hey, young african american athlete from a non hillbilly state, how would you like to come to KANSAS to play for a coaching staff composed ALMOST ENTIRELY OF 60+ YEAR OLD WHITE MEN!?  You know what?  eff you, we'll coach up a bunch of losers at the last minute.

We now have 4 current coaches under 50 years old (Clements, Smith, Dimel, Dickey).  Dimel and Dickey are both 48 years old, so they barely count.  Clements is now the young guy at 35 and he can't recruit.  We have 3 coaches over 60 years old that can't recruit. 

We are going to be terrible for a long time.

4 coaches under 50 kids.  The line forms at the Ernie Barret statue.  Have your highlight VHS tape and a letter from your coach ready when you get to the front.

Seriously.  You go to college to get away from your dad and your weird uncles.
