I am at this game. The refs trying to hand this to TU but Sir oscar Weber is having none of it. Th fire radiating from the bench is unbelievable. The music went from mid-2000’s hip-Hop to country Christmas music. Weber seems un-phased. I see the Cats winning by double digits by the end of this crap show

Would CK really be that bad? I’d rather have someone proven at some level who has the eye of the tiger than some rinse and repeat coach just looking for the next opportunity on his/her way to retirement.

Yes. (Don't care if a coach wants to move on, but want to try something different from what every other school in our position would try)

Also, Klieman isn't Bohl, just like Mike Stoops wasn't Bob Stoops and Dabo Swinney wasn't Tommy Bowden.

What of meaning had LHC LHC Bill Snyder resurrected prior to coming to KSU. Using your criteria, we wouldn’t hire someone with the talent and hunger LHC LHC Bill Snyder had back then. We aren’t Alabama. We need to find a diamond in the rough. Nothing will be guaranteed except mediocrity if we hire a coach with no upside.

Maybe it’s just me but in the end will this all matter that much? For some reason I can’t see anything in our future except what we’ve seen a million times. Plays coming in with 8 seconds on the play clock, check the sideline for 6 seconds after set and then call an audible with 2 seconds left followed by a T/O. After T/O same thing except snap the ball with 1 second left and QB draw for 2 yards.

If we don’t clean house will any of it change?

I hope I’m wrong, could someone clear this up for me?

Greetings all,

I am a North Texas fan, graduate, etc., and I come in peace.

I've rather enjoyed jumping back and forth between the message boards over the last couple weeks (love a good coaching carousel even if my coach is in the middle of it), and I thought I'd throw some info I'm hearing into the hat.

The biggest things this morning is from some UNT boosters and recruiting - as I'm sure most of you know, there was a big silence from SL last week when all this fired up that's largely continued until last night, when he hit the recruiting trail again. According to a few recruits I follow on Twitter and people I have RTing them, they've suddenly ramped up scheduling official visits again (a few this weekend and into early next week). So whatever SL has in his brain, it appears he's at least trying to help NT recruiting through at least next week (our bowl game is next Saturday).

This one you can take with a grain of salt, as it's very "I heard this from this person who heard it from this person" - but word is out from the Dallas Country Club SL is a part of (along with a good number of NT boosters) that he either had an offer finalized from KState, or there were talks but nothing formal was ever put forth, and it was either rejected or he's going to be mulling over it for awhile longer.

Take it as you wish.

I’d imagine that LittreLL is out on these trips to try and leave the program in as good of shape as possible while pretty much lying to everyone who asks him about it aka players and recruits as the deal closes. The ol’ Tom Herman move.
