Kansas State Football / Re: KSU vs. Auburn What the Hell was that?!!?

Objectively speaking if we win out and Auburn wins the SEC we've got a great case to be in the playoff. Let's hope FSU loses one, no way a 1 loss ACC team gets in. If we do win out, huge IF, it'll be an interesting test  of the supposed objective position of the selection committee.

FSU lost one...they've lost THERAPIST Winston for one game and rumor has it potentially more as "details" continue to surface.  As much as I love Auburn, I hate FSU (living in Tallahassee it comes easy).  The way FSU has covered for this miscreant makes any punishment he receives even more compelling.  I have a feeling that there's been a cover-up related to "other events" surrounding Jameis Winston and FSU is scared to cut him loose in fear he'd go public down the road...especially as his NFL stock continues to drop.

College athletics has no margin for fostering this type of garbage.  Moreover, awarding him a Heisman Trophy.  Good luck to you guys the rest of the season.  Beat OK & Baylor and good things will happen in early December!

You are a rough ridin' moron

Coming from you, I can live with that.  Be sure to tell your mom to do a better job cleaning hotel rooms next time we come to town.  I was nice enough to leave her a $5 on the foot of the bed to buy her kid a tube of BUTTHURT ointment.  Be sure to note, its not intended as an oral application but in your case, 6 of 1, half-dozen the other.

Kansas State Football / Re: Jake Waters needs kicked off this team

I don't like Jake
Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.
I'm squarely in the sometimes camp too. His fumble and his (not the one TLBL owns) interception did hurt us. He threw some nice balls. The 'other' TD to Lockett doesn't get talked about enough. Jake didn't play up to his average vs. Auburn. Neither did Lockett. Neither did Cantele. If those three have an average game, we win.

How 'bout that D though?

If our equipment manager hadn't forgotten to pack the trunk that we keep our WR's "HANDS" in...the outcome would've been different.  I've never seen our receiving corp EVER allow that many drops and/or passes reach their pads.  Suffice it to say, Thursday night's game was a football training film on "HOW NOT TO PLAY FOOTBALL".  A mild setback/embarrassment for both of our teams in front of a national spotlight to boot.
I believe both of our teams are better than that 3 hours of the equivalent of a wisdom tooth removal sans anesthesia we witnessed on Thursday PM.  Good luck going forward...beat OK & Baylor and this game won't mean a thing to you!

War Eagle!

Auburn is like that disgusting cousin who comes over for Christmas Dinner only because Great Aunt Irene wants to see him. He's gross, He's always pitching his new get rich quick scheme, He never contributes anything to the meal and he bounces as soon as he gets his check from Grandpa.

I am counting down the hours until all these hick barners leave our great city.

The uncle that gets really touchy-feely with the 8 year old nieces and nephews. Disgusting really.

Reeks of total IRONY...As if you were not aware, Cousin Eddie hailed from the great state of Kansas (well up until the point he was laid off from working up at the asbestos plant).  I'm sure the script writer for Lampoon's "Vacation" didn't just pull Kansas from a hat.  Cousin Vicki, Eddie's in-bred daughter, boasts about going steady and has now progressed to french kissing 'cuz her daddy says she's the best at it

You go Kansas!  Has your worm-farm business started booming yet?

Kansas State Football / Auburn's Loss...

Sadly, Auburn University has never been able to hire another sanitation engineer that did their work as meticulously as you did.  On that note, working as a toilet scrubber doesn't necessarily equate to faculty status unless of course you're working for a Big 12-2 still equals Big 12 (nice math you guys) college of mediocre learning.

All the bullet items you listed are not limited to boundary, conference or a unique region but occurs across the great landscape of America.  Now that you've wasted 5 minutes of your time trying to read (and understand) what I've posted, please scurry your a$$ back to the bathroom you were cleaning and get back to work.  Don't worry about cleaning the mirrors too much because the turd you see in the mirror will never disappear until you've stepped away.

Fess up...you're just another butt-hurt bammar homer hiding out on a mid-west board.  Get yourself some ointment and keep it handy because the butt-hurt is only beginning for you and will last for many years to come!  War Eagle!

I think it takes real hubris to come to our blog and use words like hubris.

I'll make it a point to "dumb" it down for you next time...if there is a next time.  If you don't want someone coming to your blog, I'd recommend a surcharge for registering. Since its free...we can agree to call it "our blog" (at least up until your fans are leaving the stadium next Thursday night in the early 4th quarter then I'll move on to the next victim).  You shouldn't have to endure a beat-down well into the night and then have to attend class early the next AM.

Seriously though...good luck to you guys going forward (as opposed to backward).

 ;)

I guess Snyder was looking to actually achieve a WIN against Auburn since you guys are a collective 0-4 playing AU with the last loss in 2007.  Some like to think you have the greatest QB in the nation, but '07 saw Josh Freeman teaming up with one of the best WRs to come out of Manhattan, Jordy Nelson.  As much as I like Nelson now that he's a Packer, You still lost...

Instead of being arrogant about your chances, maybe you should practice some humility like your great head-coach and see the match-up for what it really is...a great challenge for KSU.  Its ironic that you display such hubris when speaking of Auburn when you don't even realize that had Snyder gotten his way, AU's QB would be your starting QB next week.  What you saw from Baylor last season is going to seem like a slow-motion offense compared to what you'll witness next Thursday night.  Biggest difference, we'll actually field a defense much better than Baylor (or what ISU put up against you last week).

Good luck after next Thursday.  I've always admired Snyder as a coach.
