nope, with caller ID you just ignore them and the problem persist. with facebook you can give them the attention they need without dedicating too much time. if you work in an office it's especially convenient.
I thought that having caller ID accomplished this

It's a way for people, who annoy you, to feel like they are staying in touch with you. People like your crazy aunt who will call or come for an unannounced visit. Instead you let them be your facebook friend, then you post a couple of pictures every 5-6 months, and they don't call you or come buy. Yet, they still feel like they know what's going on with you.

It's stuff like this that's going to make me consider possibly missing you people a little bit once the week is over. Keep up this sort of effort, and I might just come back in November before our football matchup to remind you all how great North Texas is.

GRCOAT now has other meanings as well. It can mean the best of anything. "Jack Hartman's grandaughter's assets are GRCOAT" or "When that EMAW headbutted that guy it was GRCOAT"
