I do some multi-vitamins with test support and notice a difference if you want a more moderate approach.  I can tell a difference when I take it vs when I forget.

I went to the Stray Cat Theater in KC and saw the 1978 Czech comedy Adela Has Not Had Supper Yet.  Neat theater and the movie was absolutely wild, funny and beautifully done.

In a way that ChiComCat especially appreciates, or in more of a "appeals to the general public" way?

I recommend PEDs but I think it appeals to the general public. There's great slapstick comedy and some wild animation.

have been diving into the documentaries on netflix recently. all of these are stories i was either too young or didn't pay enough attention to know how they ended, so i'm watching without knowing what's going to happen. don't remember exact titles but:

the one about the Menendez brothers ... knew nothing about this.
the one about Jonbenet Ramsey .... i remembered so little about this story. the police were very bad at their job! those poor parents.
the one about Laci Peterson ... saw it all over the news through the years but never paid enough attention to remember the verdict. wild!
Jailbreak: Love on the Run ... this is about the alabama prison guard that ran off with a prisoner. insane story. just batshit crazy.

Hulu has a doc called Hoax that is a wild ride.

ok was this a joke

You didn't watch it did you? I went to Hulu and when I saw it wasn't a doc, who the subject is, and that it's a lifetime movie, I noped out.

crap, that's the Lifetime version of the doc.  My bad.

Perfect Wife is the doc.

Now I'm going to have to rewatch True Romance because I haven't seen it in 10 years but I liked it.  Once confirmed, I plan to come back to this thread and fight mocat about it.

I don't really post in this thread, not a chiefs fan, so this may have been discussed but I just read that CEH was released because of problems related to PTSD. His PTSD comes from him killing a dude that tried to rob him and a teammate. CEH said that his PTSD has led to hospitalizations. Sad crap.

I believe he's been on a medical PUP until now due to the PTSD.  He was borderline on the roster to begin the season and when we brought in replacements for Pacheco's injury, his spot got taken.  I wouldn't say that the PTSD was the direct cause of his release but being unavailable while Pacheco was out probably was.

I hope we score 30, Wentz wins by like 3 TDs and then the media pretends that it means something.

Yeah at least YTTV's previous price increases came along with them adding additional channels, not that I watched any of them lol.  This time it's just going up because eff all of you, that's why.  I'm definitely canceling it as soon as the NFL season is over.  I used to wait until the NCAA tournament ended to do that but as everyone knows basketball is a dumb sport.

Max gets you tournament games (except maybe CBS) - you may be able to do a free trial or a month of that instead of Hulu.

9
I don't like Hulu for live sports - I always seemed delayed watching games/texting friends who watch on YTTV.  Hulu frequently freezes when I put a broadcast on and when I fix it, the feed remains 5-10 seconds behind where it started.

Belichick to UNC is something

Yeah, I'm curious to watch it and glad it's in the ACC which I think is a fun twist.  I think many players will hate him and transfer out, but I also see the appeal of someone transferring in their Senior year to help NFL stock.

Carver Willis

I'd like to imagine this is a Howard/Johnson thing where he sees the writing on the wall due to the frosh class of stud OL that redshirted this year

Howard:Johnson :: Willis:Howard

Actually, no idea if Baby Howard is the same position as Willis

Nightbitch is an interesting tail on motherhood.  It was funny and a good time.  I would not watch with your baby mama if she's mad at you.

He dm'd me that he would trade a follow for me to block Wackycat and, honestly, it kept me from blocking Wacky a little longer.

So, Wiscy hired crap OC Grimes, and Kotelnicki is in consideration for the WVU job?

Kotelnicki apparently withdrew his name from consideration. Anthony Becht seems to be gathering steam, would be crippling for Iowa State.

I did not know father Becht was a coach but this excites me quite a bit

When I had a commute in Manhattan, I enjoyed KMAN in the morning. It was a pretty good source of local news.  I connected my phone when I went to lunch and Rush was on.

We can't even put together a starting 5 that played NBA ball out of 25 years of players? :frown:

Beasley
Wade
McGruder
Walker
Westicles

Pullen played a game.

Cartier Martin had a shockingly long NBA career

Before this season, I would've been much more excited about our track record with Dback transfers.

I think this year is a one-year aberration in the secondary. Klandy, Malone and Klieman are all good DB guys and we’ve shown to have good to great secondaries every season but this one.

I hope and think you're probably right. Riley was so frustrating this year.  You can see why they wanted him because he was around the play a bunch but he also typically wasn't able to make the play.

19
Yeah, it's not good but nowadays you can potentially portal out of any hole you dig yourself

He told a racist joke but it was also a truly terrible joke.  He told a joke that he would be defined by and would surely get replayed on news outlets repeatedly so you would expect him to bring his best work.  The joke was the hackiest unfunny drunk uncle crap.  He's a roast comic for frat boys.

On a football note, Dana (and Del when they were together) had the 90th, 23rd, 26th, 6th, 16th, 11th, 60th, 35th and 44th most potent offenses in college football from a ppd perspective from 2009-2017 respectively.

I imagine that 60th ranking is 2015 with Bazooka Joe. Take a look at that roster again. The fact that the staff made it to a bowl game (especially given the QB spot) is one of their greatest coaching achievements.

Yep, and the 60th was with a one-armed Grant Gregory.
I was watching that video compilation that has every TD from stra16gt the other night and it was crazy to see all of the Bazooka Joe and Winston Dimel TDs in the Dillons. Was 2015 the year when Kody Cook played QB?

Yes... Ertz went down on the first play of the first game, then Delton got hurt in the second game, then Joe wasn't great and then Cook came in and played QB at the end of the year

The problem with Cook at QB was that he was also our best WR.

Not that it's unusual for CK, but I feel like our TE-heavy offense was a love letter to Cure all season

Could we not just hire the St. Louis head coach? I don't know about the soccer hierarchy, but I would hope we could make a better offer for non-rev sports than SLU. I'm pretty meh on the hire, but I am glad we're making a change.

Michael Schur doesn't miss. We watched A Man on the Inside over the course of 3 nights.

Also, I think Michael Schur is the best writer when it comes to naming characters.

Hard agree.  It was weird seeing Stephanie Beatriz cheerful though
