Tim, Buffie has a point here. The bison have beaten more D1 teams than KU has in the last two years(KSU beat more D1 teams in the first half of last season than both KU and Buffie combined over the last two years so we will leave that alone)... but then again Buffie is counting KU as a D1 team so that blows his whole logic right there. That 6-3 ass stomping of the worst D1 football team is the US he keep hanging his hat on. Dude, KU had one of the worst D in all of NCAA that year and you hung 6 on them... Didn't our kicker have more points against KU that year than 6???

Is Wichita State the best basketball team in Kansas?  The evidence points to yes.  Really makes sense KU why won't schedule them...they'd get their teeth kicked in, wouldn't even be close.

I am not sure they are the best basketball program but they do have the second best D 1 Football team in the state!
