It is not legal, but the proposed ordinance passed which reduces the fine to $50 for possession of a small amount. It is superseded by state law though, so now there is going to be a big uproar and the AG is going to sue Wichita or something.

Define small.

Alright.  Will you guys quit using coke and cocaine in your discussions on here.  I am getting zero games of solitaire played because alerts keep popping up on my screen from this god damn blog.  Start using dust, Bolivian Marching chowder, or Winehouse Flour.......anything but coke or cocaine.  Thanks.

Sir, Texas is not Colorado or Washington.  Also, the recent laws passed in those states only pertain to marijuana.
