Sorry to disappoint ya... We beat Aubbie in 4 overtimes...
they are in last place in the Western Division of the SEC! Will wind up in the Birmingham crap bowl.
We finished 7/5 and beat Ole Miss, LSU, Auburn, Mizzou, and Tennessee....

The Liberty is a decent bowl, and has several fun activities outside of the actual game.
If you wind up playing the Razorbacks and decide to go, just ask for info if ya desire...
I have lived in and around Memphis a few years back, know where the best bars, food, music joints, etc are...

It is well appreciated that you allowed Coach Smith to come to our great state to continue his climb into the upper echelon of college football.
Coach Smith is well intentioned and very well liked by our fanbase already. He was a top 10 Big 12 recruiter, and with all of that Texas and KS and New Orleans knowledge, he will be a great addition to our already all star cast.
Can you imaging Randy Shannon, Coach Smith, Jim Chaney all with coach B.B... BTW, it was such a joy to meet several of you at the cotton bowl in 2012. Hope to meet you there again in the near future.

I honestly did not come here to sell anything, to pimp anything or anyone. I came to ask a question and that is all.
I have alot of respect for Snyder and what he has accomplished with the Kstate football program.
I believe you to be one of the better teams this year period and give you props.. Your strength of schedule is better than ours.
So... Flame away if you wish. I didnt come here to insult your moms, wives, girlfriends, boyfriends, gay lovers, state, home, church, dog, cat, auto, cycle, boat, or you.
I find the racial slurs, and such as extremely gradeschoolish, and quite ignorant.
If you do not want an intelligent conversation concerning anyting with a fan from another team... Ban other teams fans, or do not read the thread...
Or... if you enjoy the intelligent banter... here's to you!

Many (most) times they're just guys who are on the board of donors that meets once a month and gets a red jacket.This is exactly right, and many times those meetings are by conference calls...

I came on this board fearful that Kstate did not support the bowl game very well because of our affiliation with the Cotton Bowl... and desiring a well traveling program to be chosen. My understanding is that it is the Big 12 #2 and the SEC #3, minus the BCS components...
So, it still could be Oklahoma with a loss to Ok State I suppose...Last year the Cotton Bowl sold out faster than any bowl game becasue ATM.. (texas A&M, money reference for levity) spent big time money for this bowl.
For instance... the Cotton Bowl Ticket Office is already sold out this year.... Look it up...

I am part owner of a company that deals directly with bowl reps. And simply wondered, since i have never dealt with KSU prior, if the fans traveled well to support their Football Program. We change our advertising, and promotionals when bowl selections are made. Thanks for the warm welcome by the few... and the ribbing by the many.
I have been through Kansas on several occasions.... and this board is a fine demonstration of the state as a whole....

A huge razorback fan here, Married a girl from Hutch who loves K. State....
However, she has converted quite nicely....
Do you folks travel well for bowls... And what bowl do you anticipate getting?
We are on the cusp of a great season, just 2 games left against Mississippi State and LSWho....
We have won 3 of the last 4 against LSWho... Hope to do it again. One loss to Bammy as of now.
But, if we get stuck with the CRapital One, i will be pissed... Hate that bowl, would rather the Cotton against you.... What say you?
