We'll see if the judge reopens case. I missed court date because I was at a business meeting. To me, that was more important than fighting that fat ass guy in court over his fake claims.

The moron said I kicked his mailbox in November. Then waits until February to notify anybody when he puts it in his "Women Protection' report. Who would vandalize a college kids mailbox, which they obviously don't own? For starters, I don't know (or care) where that dude lives and if I was going to take the time/risk damaging something of his, it'd be something with value, like a car.

Probably. Dude completely lied about everything in the initial report, then harasses me again tonight. He has a long history of starting crap with people online. I, on the other hand, have a clean track record on the net. About the only thing I did was talk trash to him a few times. Oh, well.

I really don't care if you guys take @KansasSports "side"... Obviously, you're trying to get me to meltdown like him for your own entertainment of disgruntled KU fans. I don't care enough about KU Athletics, Twitter or Twitter Followers, to let it worry me. I certainly don't care what a group of people think on a rival message board.
@KansasSports is an overweight failure, who never played competitive sports or has had a girlfriend. He lives out his fantasy by following athletes on Facebook and Twitter, and rips off news reports from other people on the net. He then tries to take credit for the "breaking news". He basically started harassing me for talking bad about KU basketball and the KU Athletic Department in general. I had predicted Kansas would lose in the second round in 2010 and said all year they were overrated. @KansasSports went ape crap when they lost to Northern Iowa, just like I had predicted 2 months before the Tourney. I also wrote some stuff on the suspicious stuff going on in the Athletic Department since 2008, that sent him over the edge. He started stalking my sisters, friends, etc. He then looked up my personal information through KU and posted on the web.
After all that he decided to take me to court for "stalking". Basically, he made up some false report to try and get me in trouble. Joe Davis is bat crap insane, who has had numerous issues on the internet. Joe Davis is obsessed with Twitter and obsessed with getting more followers. He constantly reports stuff to Twitter and made it his life goal to get any Twitter account I own suspended. He goes nuts if someone "spams" the #kubball hash tag.

So, he's stalking you and your family (see thread where he claims to know what you and your kid are doing), sends you a private messaged picture of your daughter, claims to have your phone number, and slandering your abilities as an employee and as a parent. If that doesn't have police report and restraining order written all over it, I don't know what does.
Which was followed by a thread suggesting the AP be alerted to his activities here.
Still he returns. I've got him on ignore, but he gets quoted (which is probably a good thing since he is pretty good about removing posts after he sees the errors in his ways).

Kid social skills are very important to your ability to manage your life after college. The ability to annoy EVERYONE on a message board is not a marketable skill. Your AP articles actually aren't bad and you have even had some good blog entries. You have exhibited some talent but repeatedly getting thrown off message boards is not a positive.” –Geezer

His name is Joe Davis, and he's a troll. He came to our site (talkncaa.com) and started out pretty much the way it looks like he has here. But it won't be long before you'll see that change. He's been banned numerous times even as recent as last night for continuously creating multiple screen names. He has threatened other posters, told people that he wanted to kill them and make their families watch. He has posted pornography in threads without labeling it NSFW. He's a spammer. I don't know how many ridiculous threads a day he would post with useless garbage. Most of which was always ignored. So, he's pretty much a useless, lying, sack of crap troll. Just thought I would give you folks a heads up.
