I can give you optimism OR zeal, but you're gonna have to pick one. Please inform me of your decision.

Quote from: Squawkstin BeakIn a valid contract, both sides receive something of value.
hmm. this isn't always the case. there are a lot of contracts that don't deal with any exchange of goods or services. looks like squawkstin should have paid better attention in his business law class.
I think consideration is one of the three requirements for a valid contract (at least in the US). May need studyingforthebarcat's or currentlyonthebeachcat's or ownsaponycat's input here though.
Meek sounds upset.
I'm not.
no offense, but that was one of your stupider articles.
Q. Just hypothetically, if the NCAA or some organization or somebody asked you for your 2008 Head Football Coach Agreement, what would you have produced?
A. I would have produced those things I just talked about that were in my binder.
I hate reading pdf's like that on my screen. What other good stuff is in the BK depo (stuff goEMAW would think is hilarious, not necessarily main parts you put in your story)?
No one is saying K-State doesn't want/has stopped recruiting five-star players. Everybody wants them. Just observing that K-State built a good team with a bunch of three-stars and transfers, and that's a pretty sustainable recruiting model.
You can't discount that the main transfers everyone refers too we're blue chips out of high school. AFAIC, Kelly is a 5-star and Clemente is a top 150 or better. Both were RSCI recruits.
it is infuriating that ku fans completely ignore corcoran. wtf is wrong with them?
Fantastic podcast from Meek and Tully this week. Good insight from Tully on jersey name tags and being on terrible sporting teams, Ron Prince sighting information and Gasaway.
Could have only been made better if Meek wasn't so obviously crushing on Gasaway, and if the phone interviews were, you know, audible.
So I was excited to have a real guest. Sue me.
meek, the RSS feed on the Gassoway interview is messed up or something. it won't download in iTunes or podTrapper. but the mp3 download works fine if you go to the podcast page @cjOnline.

The Gauchos people aren't like Art. I've talked to Mo Hicks once or twice, but he's difficult to reach. I try to save those calls for special occasions.either way, corcoran has an incredible voice.
