This is completely legit and is not a lie. Frank did state that if Alex changed his mind, there would be a spot available for him but Alex isn't interested.

At one point I had too many. Went on a cleaning spree and I'm down to around 250-300. It's still far too many. Need to clean it up some more; there's waaay too many people I have added whom I will never talk to again or have never talked with to start with.
