First road trip I was old enough to drive my mom and I went to Salt Lake City, were on our way from Denver headed north to I-80 and it was closed due to snow, so we took some windy road through the rockies. Ended up driving through Steamboat Springs after driving down the mountains. Pretty much the best detour ever. Salt Lake City blows ass, though...

Complete cover two large chicken breasts on both sides with Weber Kick'n Chicken
Melt two tablespoons of butter in a large oven safe pan over medium/high heat
Sear the chicken for 4 minutes on each side
Dump in a half cup of chicken stock and throw the pan into the oven for 20 minutes
Pour the buttery reduced chicken stock on the chicken out of the pan
Eat it
Eat the pan?
Well, duh! You don't prepare a pan like that just to throw it away

Love fast food when I have like a cold or something. Especially chicken tenders. Other kind of sick, I dont eat, just have water. Maybe like some soup or something if we have it, but usually not.
