You guys remember that must win against Texas to clinch the big 12 title? That was awesome

11-0 Klein @ Baylor is conveniently forgotten here. Phil Bennet junk defense schooled us.

outside of maybe Alabama sometimes which team consistently wins their must wins? that elephant you're looking at is just college football.

True too. In this case though, I can't remember KSU winning any of them though. There's been smaller 'must wins' , but these next few games are the epitome of must win games. So rough ridin' tired of MY teams getting close. I need a championship for one of MY teams. I deserve this.
Deserve has nothing to do with it, simpleton.

Too much pantera has you blinded. Wade through my words and get to the point. The Elephant.

Kansas State Football / insider Prewett info?
« on: October 21, 2014, 08:49:40 AM »
thoughts?-
"First of all, to all oblivious fans arguing, Prewett has already burned his redshirt. Secondly, why would he want to redshirt? People don't understand that NO freshman actually WANTS to redshirt. They all want to get in here, get some playing time, and make an impact, especially a highly-touted recruit like Prewett. Same story for Warmack, who actually is going to redshirt. These guys want to come in and PLAY. Redshirting only discourages them and could lead to quitting the team or transferring ( don't be surprised if Warmack does). Finally, I have heard all the raw talent is there for Prewett is there, but the work ethic and commitment to the program is a totally different story. This is very disappointing, but something that only one person can change, and that is Kaleb Prewett himself. As fans/specators/media, we can't sit here and act like we truly know whats going on in the lockeroom, on the practice field, behind the scenes, and judge every single decision Snyder makes. Let him do his work. We just need to sit back, watch, and enjoy it!10/20 2:46 PM | IP: Logged"

So many talking points within the ESPN recap
-KSU punts without a punter on the field
-Jordy with a 73 yd TD
-Allen Webb throws TD to Norwood
-oh and suicide bomber
-oh and Thomas Clayton held out of game due to punching a KSU parking ticket nazi

Positive angle- what if this was the second stage to a Corporate gig? They've obviously heard of you and sent in a 'planted' person to vet you out.

Are there any dorky Offensive Line guys on this board that know about our depth and progression for next year? Solid Oline play can go a long way.

dom heath could possibly be the fast speedster that _33 craves, maybe?  maybe Burton takes a step forward, hopefully?  kyle klein comes back healthy and beasts on everybody, possibly?  zuber comes in as a stud?  kalin heath?

warmack is one of the best RB recruits we've had in a long time.  prew and lee are both showing to be studs in the making and warmack was more heavily touted then those guys.

need delton to be a super stud AND get a really good juco guy this offseason.

Don't forget about Judah Jones and Davis......who the coaches refuse to develop.

Steve Dave- What are your sources saying on Laird at QB?

Do SEC folk not watch other conferences? Legitimate question here. The Big 12 has been running this crap for years and they can't even notice it? Seriously it took A&M & Mizzou to explode all over their asses before they woke up.

Another topic not many folk are talking about it how do you stop the spread? Can't do it with defense. The only way is to anacanda slow roll their asses with a Snyder based offense. Hopefully we'll see that gameplan executed on Thursday. Auburn fans won't know what the eff they just saw.

Why has he been so silent Bob? I really think Snyder or Currie found out and hushed him up. Lot's of tidbits of info he could be sharing right now.

He seduced and sexed my very recent (at the time) ex girlfriend. I've had a grudge ever since, but have told no one. One thing is truly telling: considering she was extremely sloppy and loose (hence why I had to end it), he must be an extreme dirtball. She was 20 and I bet he was about 35.

Bring back former awesome KSU players and have them suit out for the 3rd stringers. I bet Sean Snyder still looks like a stud and could pull it off.

What if we had players time their jumps on defense to where they could jump over the linemen when the ball is snapped? The QB couldn't get too far away and a guaranteed sack every time.

On offense: what if everyone lines up on the far left hashmark, except Jake Waters and a runningback. This will allow Jake and the RB to simply over athletise who ever is in their way.
