Bought my jeep there 15 years ago and it was good. Service guy helped a bunch solving some MysRattle first year so I got hom a Scotch gift card for Christmas and always got hooked up on oul changes and stuff thereafter.

I think there's always been an option to downgrade to CSP, but surely there'd be one now, and i imagine the points would transfer. Depending on timing, maybe just cancel and apply for CSP when you can and get that bonus.
