Kansas State Football / Vegas had the spread right.
« on: September 20, 2014, 01:59:10 PM »
Y'all are lucky that Gus Malzahn has class and doesn't like to run up the score. We were in FG range which would have won the game by 9 and beaten the spread. Probably would have punched one in for a TD the way that drive was going. I guess Gus Malzahn's class made a few KSU fans some money. Thanks for the easy road win.

Kansas State Football / Westboro Baptist Church

I noticed Topeka is just down the road from Manhattan. Have any of you guys ever encountered the crazies of the Westboro Baptist Church? I'm honestly wondering how they are still alive after seeing some of the stuff they pull. I know they like to go to college campuses, so I'm wondering if they ever "preach" at big events like football games. If so, please tell me where I can find them before the game so I can give them a piece of my mind.

Kansas State Football / 2013 KSU > 2013 Auburn
« on: September 15, 2014, 03:06:22 PM »
Using the following flawless logic, I will prove that KSU would have beaten AU last year.

K-State beat WVU
WVU beat Ok State
Ok State beat Mississippi State
Mississippi State beat Ole Miss
Ole Miss beat LSU
LSU beat Auburn

The combined winning margins for all these games is 74 points. Therefore, KSU would have beaten Auburn by a score of 74-0 (assuming it was played at a neutral site).

Hopefully we have improved since last year and can avoid this type of slaughter, but seeing as the game is @ Manhattan, I don't like our chances.
