The best thing about that ad is that it was posted by a dude running for mayor of tulsa (Paul Nosak). Also, he has the most unintentionally hilarious campaign posters I have ever seen: "No Bull. Nosak".

Just fantastic.

I like how he over explains why you need to pay a lot of money to drive to shitsville to get some dragon figurines.

I think she would be a great poster on goEMAW.   Even though she says nothing sketchy ever happend on that thing, I have to call BS.  Look at it.  It was built for only one purpose.

still trying to reach you Adam A. - w4m - 40

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hey Adam, i'd like to catch up on the years we've missed.
You married a woman with a sleep disorder, then one that was deaf.
Had a son (D.) with her...
Now I have no idea who you are with and thought maybe we could
get together and talk about the old days.

I was holding a dog - m4w - 28 (Midtown)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I was sitting on a couch holding a dog that didn't want to be held. You were a nurse sitting next to me on the couch looking at a Mary Kate and Ashley book. Some people in the room were eating tacos, I ate one earlier and it was really good. I felt like we connected when I let the dog go and it tried to bite me, do you agree? Respond with what kind of dog I was holding so I know it was you.

Flight from Cali to KC - w4m

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Months ago, you and I sat next to each other on a flight. We talked about horror, taxidermy, and many other things. Your friend sat behind us, and my ex picked me up from the airport.
I showed you a video. What was it of?
I know this is a total long shot, but I can't stop thinking about you.

Problem with this thread is that CL doesn't archive its posts.

My most recent CL exploit is an 104" x 40" frameless mirror I picked up for $20 for my new workout room. Drove to a fairly sketchy part of town to pick it up. Had trouble finding the address because the guy's house number was in the wrong place. By which I mean, he gave me the right number, but the house wasn't located where that number should have been. Numbers are supposed to go up or down in sequence as you drive along the street, but his number was out of sequence. When I remarked upon this he said "yeah, but the city want's me to pay to fix that." I still don't know what that even means but I didn't press it further. Said he's moving so I suspect I may have just bought a mirror he stole off the wall from his landlord. Guy helped me load the mirror and I go on my way.

When I get home, my wife and I are carrying this monster into the house and I'm wearing sandals and I'm not watching what the eff I'm doing and as walking I slam the top of my foot up into the corner of the mirror. So now I have this ugly frankenstein looking gash about 3" long on the top of one foot. That was stupid.

Sorry - that's the best CL story I've got recently.

Was there something else that led you to that suspicion as opposed to believing that he was moving and wanted to sell stuff he didn't want to have to move to his new place, especially big unwieldy stuff for reasons you're foot now knows?

Well there was a “For Rent” sign and typically mirrors like that are fixtures. This mirror actually has the epoxy patches from where it was glued to the wall.

Sounds like he didn't want to move or couldn't move his big unwieldy mirror to his new place.

Living in a metro area with roughly 1 million people, contacted a Craigslist poster about some golf clubs he had posted. We agree to meet up to look at them, he then gives the area he lives, and the area he works. I tell him I work in the same area downtown, so we could meet somewhere around there. He then gives the building he works in, and I tell him I work in the same building. We meet up in the common area, and turns out he works for the same company as me (there are 4 companies in this building), and his office is a floor above me. I am now planning on golfing with him and some other colleagues that I did not know golfed (well, I didn't even know any of them since I just came over to this office).

Pretty neat.
