Title: Jonathan Beasley
Post by: ScubaSteve on July 19, 2010, 02:04:23 PM
Did anyone see the "Jonathan Beasley is worthless!!!"  post before they wiped it clean from the Wabash?  He/She/It chose the wrong forum to post.  Probably would have been legendary over here.

I tried to piece together what had happened...apparently a jilted lover?  I pray to god that someone contacts her and lets her know that her mission can still be accomplished.

That may be all he is, Wildcat Football Hero. Sad when a guy has to leave a D2 college as a specialty coach to come back and be nothing but a grad asst cause nobody knows who you are anywhere but manhattan!
And no I'm not the crazy ex!
Careful who your heros are...

I'd kill a drifter for a PM function on Rivals right about now...

If we ever want anything resembling DOD, we need good, hot headed coaches with knocked up girlfriends, cocaine issues and angry neighbors.  Who are willing to tell recruits anything they want to hear, and willing to embark on days long cocaine fueled recruiting odyssey's that literally have them camped out in their cars in front of schools, houses, apartments . . . accosting stud recruits with wild eyed cocaine and energy drink fueled gibberish, unrelenting until the kid has no other choice but to say yes . . . whatever it takes, and then some.

This does not qualify.

You gotta throw some $$ to recruits in there and I am totally in agreement.  Also, some girls.

That's not too much to ask for.

Had a class with a rather attractive girl, and she said a coach approached her about 'partying' with some football recruits.  She didn't because she was one of those weird girls that was already married in college.

Totally hated that about her.  Her husband, if he had one shred of EMAW in him, would have allowed it.

Kirby Hocutt tried to recruit this girl I was dating back in the day.  She denied him and I propmptly dumped her and nailed her roommate.  No one can say I don't do my part.   :lynchmob:

Beas was one of my favorite QBs.  I went to College Station to see him play aTm in 2000.  We lost but was a great time.

Beasley was just before my fandom (I was lil older and didn't start following k-state til 2000) but 48 is crap, he's top 20, easy, and can be argued top 10 or higher depending on how you feel

Beaz came in for Bishop at Texas Tech in '97 and absolutely saved our butts in that game.

( The KU-KSU game that year was PPV  )

What? Hell naw man. I was a student in icat when he played and I don't think that, you must be smoking some good good. We've had 44 different players achieve all American honors since the Snyder era started. Top 10? Bro might not even be a top 5 QB since the Snyder era began, he certainly isn't all time.
