I'm watching the Gasparilla Bowl, and UCF is kicking ass. These ACC teams are just crap. I can't image Big XII teams playing a shitty team like Georgia Tech in our conference. BTW, I have been watching bowl games with ACC team in them to see if any of them are worth a eff. If anyone watched TTU beat the crap out of future ACC school Cal, it tells you why they want to break up this conference. Their commissioner is close to George Kliavkoff in stepping over his own feet so their breakup is interment.

Welp, GTU got the win. Seems UCF got a fast 17 points and then laid down like a dying cockroach and let GTU score a smooth 30 points with their Texas breed QB, Haynes King. :D

So far, the only Bowl game that was worth watching was the TTU vs Cal game. My guess is next week will be better.

Minnesota has won 7 bowl games in a row, and it’s the 5th in a row for PJ Fleck. Minnesota is arguably no better today than they were when they hired Fleck. So, put that in your do-bowl-games-matter-pipe and smoke it.

It's looking good for our conference so far. With WVU & OSU winning today that makes our record @4/1. If only UCF didn't crap themselves we would be at the top of the win list. Of course, all our wins have been "hateful eight"

I’m not sure about that, but I do know that whoever loses in the Natty, their first thought is going to be regret that they wasted a chance to play in a PTB.

the thing about the PTB is that every team wishes they were a part of it but only two teams were deserving of the honor and the PTB organizers knew exactly who those teams were.

Last team to win a natty from west of the Mississippi was Vince Young-led TX in 2005. Last team from the west coast was USC in 2003 and 2004. SEC + Ohio St + Clemson have been incredibly dominant over the past 20 years.
