How can you in good faith promote Ward when Giddens out performs him and he hardly gets any attention?

Maybe but under weird conditions. Giddens has proven over the course of the year to be way more valuable. Ward is a solid back but it doesn't make a ton of sense to keep Giddens off the field so he can get carries other than for some change of pace.
