I would imagine that the pic was created in MS Paint circa 1996(or something) in someone's mom's basement on their stepdad's(Rick) old PC he took from the last place he worked when he was asked to leave. The resolution might be part of the charm. A blurry shirt might be more fun anyway. That way, ppl are always asking about why its blurry, and therefore, in a weird way, Stepdad Rick lives forever.
