I thought the line of thought is they uphold it but then let states regulate it into non existence more so than now. Or maybe it's just overturn it and let states ban it :dunno:

I expect them to uphold it but let the states regulate it into non-existence. And I think a lot of conservatives will go nuts when it gets upheld.
