Assuming you mean the halftime speech I agree.

"Before the game kilmer said we have the next 48 minutes for the next 48 years of our life. I say eff that, lets go out and play the next 24 minutes for the next 24 minutes, leave it all on the field. We have the rest of our lives to be mediocre...but tonight we have the opportunity to play like gods"

"My name is Maximus Decimis Meridius. Commander of the Armies of the North. General of the Felix Legions..."
This one.

Also, the final scene of A River Runs Through It.

Quote
“Of course, now I am too old to be much of a fisherman, and now of course I usually fish the big waters alone, although some friends think I shouldn’t. Like many fly fishermen in western Montana where the summer days are almost Arctic in length, I often do not start fishing until the cool of the evening. Then in the Arctic half-light of the canyon, all existence fades to a being with my soul and memories and the sounds of the Big Blackfoot River and a four-count rhythm and the hope that a fish will rise.
Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was cut by the world’s great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time. On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words, and some of the words are theirs.
I am haunted by waters.
Gets me every time.

This reminds me of a question - Where does Matt Damon come up with these awesome wool sweaters that he wears in his movies? I'm thinking of the one he wore when he ran around Switzerland in the Bourne Identity. It is like a sweater that makes him utterly invincible and I want one.

Dark Knight opening scene and Jail house scene are pretty good.

Counterpoint: The Dark Knight opening scene is the worst, most illogical scene of all time. Having the 2nd, 3rd & 4th guys just going along not knowing they were getting killed might be worst thing in a well made movie ever.

Christopher Nolan is the best at not caring about logic in “prestige” movies and ruining them for me. He also made a scene with a van with multiple people in it get riddled with bullets and one person gets hit by one bullet.
