Yeah yeah everything is going to look a little crazy in the beginning, especially with there staggered starts by various conferences.

ChURL perhaps the most kind its been to KU since its inception, however with such a small sample size i can see how the computer will see these as quality losses. What does the blue star mean? ranking did not change from previous week?

Blue star means they are new to the rankings (i.e. it's the first game they've played).

i've been keeping an eye on chingons algo career for years. he's had his ups, he's had his downs. no doubt the kid has a lot of heart and a high ceiling. but this is, without question, the worst work he's ever done. and its not close.

Honestly, 6-4 isn't that far off of most expectations. And going 6-3 in conference is pretty good considering.

Wisconsin is an outlier with only one game. Also because of so little cross-conference play Clemson is pulling up the whole ACC quite a bit (probably too much).

Unsurprisingly, the cats take a tumble. The Ark State loss is now about the same as losing to KU...

Finally the ACC teams fall.

and the Big 12 moves up several spots. In fact the Cats climb back up 23 spots to #31 (ChURL was impressed with the close loss from the cats -- it expected us to lose by 20).
Still, the KSU Cats sit as the fourth worst team in the conference, and unless our offense improves it has us finishing out the season without another win.
