Title: Necks, how far have you gone before needing a new one?
Post by: 420seriouscat69 on December 03, 2019, 08:32:30 AM
So, two nights ago I slept on my neck wrong and I feel like it’s about to fall off. I have one of those beds right now in NYC where you can push a button for it to rotate up and down and however I set it, mumped me up badly. I’m having spasms on the left side of my neck that shoots all the way down to my left arm. Any neck pro tips out there? I didn’t do jack crap last night because it hurt too bad to move.

It will be good as new after a couple of days.

If you don't have a nice bed, it might be time to invest in one, 420seriouscat69.

If you can get to a chiro willing to let you walk in and get adjusted, that might be your quickest help.  Not sure if they usually do that without the xrays/whatever else

yes, a good quality bed is the christmas gift that keeps on giving the whole year through.

hate to hijack this thread, when i'm just being an old, but woke up this morning feeling like someone took k-state football's pound the stone, stone pounding sledgehammer to my knee cap.  felt fine last night, woke up and was sore as hell, hurt on the drive to work, feels fine now.  maybe twisted it or some crap, who knows.

It keeps on giving for the whole decade.

Neck is back to 💯 today. Pretty amazing what the human body can do when you need it to heel itself.

Restraints and a nice paddle are good for that.  :gocho:
