Lets get this started. Enough of the pretenders up the KAW. It's time to end the losing streak against our true rival.
-
A great series between two storied programs. The only rivalry game that beats the CTR in mutual respect between opponents is army-navy
-
Let's go Cat's beat the beef into submission

what are our friends in Austin saying about this years edition of the CTR? scared shitless i assume?

They think it's a "trap game" for the cats :ohno:

question for the stat geeks....when was the last time the University of Texas Longhorns beat a K-State team coached by someone other than Legendary football coach William Snyder? Has it ever happened?

Horn fans have it wrong. KU was the real trap game with us coming off one of the biggest wins in program history and looking ahead the annual CTR bloodletting.

What a rivalry. This year is as big as any as the Cats look to maintain the all-time series lead (still comfortably ahead in the post-WWII era). Texas and embattled coach Tom Herman are looking for a statement win over a big-name opponent. The coveted 2:30 time slot. It's all coming together folks.

My head says this will be an easy win, but you really have to throw out the record books when it comes to storied rivalry games like this one. Texas will have plenty of fight and if we let them hang around, it could be anybody's game in the 4th quarter. We need to pound the dang stone early and often.

They are openingly mocking the Vegas line and eager to bet their oil wells and cattle.
-
what's the early line?

Texas by 6 from what I read
