We need a system that works. A system that strips away the name of the front of jersey and pre-season hype and just looks at what has actually been accomplished on the field of play.

Thus enter ChULA, a beautifully simple way to list teams in an objective order based on accomplishments:

in this situation, as the lower ranked tram, the last thing I would want to do is alert baylor as to our plan to upset them

Utah has a better offense, defense, and st than Baylor, which gives them a higher winp (by 0.13). Baylor has better accomplishments, but it's just not enough to overcome the difference.
