Wow!! After watching the Wildcats crush Nicholls and Bowling Green I want to be the first to say Congrats on the Natty. Everyone else is just playing for second place and privilege of getting stomped in the championship game.
Hopefully JoMo will just forfeit this weekends game to prepare for the rest of the schedule.
When will the trophy be at Bob's Diner? I'd like to get a picture.

i hardly doubt the trophy will be anywhere close to Bob's Diner, but maybe it's got a different vibe than it had when i was in school (60's).

I do think that GoToHellOleMiss might be just a little bit premature with the congratulations. We are clearly better than Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, and Ohio State, but I'm not quite convinced we are good enough to just sleepwalk past them the way we will be able to against MSU. Interesting things can happen in the playoffs. We need to stay on our toes when we finally face our college football peers.

We have a long way to go for a CFP run, but getting one last OOC tune up game before entering the Big 12 slate is just what the doctor ordered.

this game has the feel to the Vandy game a few years back, smaller SEC school, no real home field advantage, etc. big difference is we're really rough ridin' good now. 2 similarities, only the one difference!

Oh now, come on, that's just not realistic. I have not heard that rumor at all. GameDay has rarely, if ever, "followed" teams for TWO consecutive games, much less a WHOLE SEASON, GoToHellOldMiss. Even when we were ranked No. 1 in the whole country during the 1998 and 2012 seasons, they didn't do that. As I expressed earlier in this same paragraph, I firmly believe that it is doubtful that College GameDay "will follow KSU for the rest of the year." (Although wouldn't that be something?! Ha Ha.)

Iowa ST. #22 Bye. Knowing Cyclones fans, I say this with all due respect: ESPSN's "College GameDay" might not know what it is getting into going to Ames this week. It will be beyond wild with Iowa coming to town although rumors are now swirling that that game might get switched to an even bigger game in Miss St. vs. Kansas State. Both have been impressive in their early games and Starkville will be engulfed in purple.
