Starting this thread to segregate CBD from THC based hemp products/research/news/tips/tricks/etc.

Gonna buy a couple different flavors of this to see if I get some health benefits from it.

i take 1 a day, (cdb gummy) they are good for joint pain and to mellow out but thats about it
