No one has accused Tlaib of forgetting what country she represents when she supports the Palestinian cause, even though Palestinian terrorists, acting in the name of "Palestine," have killed numerous Americans. Americans of any religion have the right to support Israel, and most do, without being accused of disloyalty, just as Americans of any religion have the right to support the Palestinian cause. It is both bigoted and hypocritical to apply a different standard to Jews who support Israel than to Muslims who support the Palestinian cause.
Hypocrisy and bigotry go hand in hand, and Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib is the poster person for both. If she is the "new face" of the Democratic Party, we Democrats should begin worrying.

It should come as no surprise that known racist Rashida Tlaib supports legislation that would allow local and state governments to illegally sanction U.S. companies who do business with Israel. No doubt this is fully supported by liberal strongholds who have become increasingly anti-Semitic over the last few years.

Israel is the last secular Democracy left in the Middle East.
But for some reason, okay we know the reasons, a lot of Dems really really hate Israel. Our previous President much preferred entities like the Muslim Brotherhood, or wrecking nation states and then walking away turning them over to radical Islamist's (and the slave trade).

I think Israel has it rough being surrounded by countries that doesn't just hate you but would like for you to no longer exist.
I think the genesis of religion was a good idea at keeping people in line but as like almost everything else extremists ruin it.

I think that an understanding of Palestinian frustration can be confused with a "hate of Israel".
I do not hate Israel, I believe in Israel's legitmacy and am in support it as an independent nation.
That being said, Israeli settlement fueled by evangical christians is both illegal and unsettling in the region.
I believe it is possible to support a two state solution and believe that we are at a juncture where Israeli concessions are the only way it occurs.
