I don’t think we are headed for mediocrity. We will either get a good run of football or David Beaty like burnout.

Yeah, I really don't see us hovering around 6 win purgatory like ISU did with Rhoads. I think we are either competing for the conference title by year 3 or looking for a new coach.

Same, I think we’ll probably suck but I hope we don’t and I also am more interested in watching what happens than just another mediocre Bill team.

He’s about to have two 8 win seasons in his first 3 years here. He’s trending above average early on. Last year didn’t count for many reasons. Good hire so far.

I kind of agree. but the complete bed shitting in recruiting and/or developing a QB is going to make all the other efforts and successes meaningless pretty damn quickly if it doesn't get fixed.

Totally agree, but he’s got like 3 QB’s on NFL rosters right now, so I feel confident about it. Go cats!

There’s like 30 programs who offered Howard who didn’t think he was going to suck ass. It happens. If he can get experienced QB’s here through the portal to get 8-10 wins until he figures out his next Wentz, will take. Just hope he gets an offensive coordinator out of his circle.

2004 i remember we didn't have much young guys and our recruiting was super shitty. like nearly half 2 stars, and the 4 stars never amounted to anything. same 2013, although young talent better than 2004. some of our worst recruiting years ever.
this year we have the young talent and great recruiting class by our standards coming in. gonna be good times ahead
