Really folks, are we having this discussion? Let's not forget what happened during Tennessee's debacle to find their last coach. Chris Klieman is an up and coming coach that will eventually find a decent Power 5 job, if he desires. There is also nothing wrong with staying in the winning-est program in football right now.
If he comes to K-State then it says more about AD Taylor looking for the safest hire. Now that we are at a crossroads, BV's response to the TTU job probably goes equal to any job right now, with the exception of Clemson. i am all in for Seth LittreLL at this point.

I sat with Gene Taylors daughter at NDSU vs Drske basketball game at US BANK stadium in Minneapolis last saturday (it was a warm up for the final 4)
.she wouldn't say too much about dad and his decision, but pretty much every person in fargo has texted/called gene about Klieman. so this will probably be wrapped up by thursday.

Before anyone is hired, I had better see BV once and for all tell K-State that he was approached and turned it down. I want to see Leavitt report after not hearing from anyone, he put his hat in but was denied or not considered. I may also want to see Jim LittreLL or some other coach share their non-interest. Otherwise I would take such a hire as the administration taking the road of least resistance with no care for the future of the football program.
