With two wins under our belt, and 7 games remaining, it's getting iffy on bowl eligibility. It would seem to me, that including this week, we only have 4 games in which we will be less than a touchdown underdog. If we lose to Baylor, it certainly means we are going to have to win a surprising upset later to stay bowl eligible.
Results:
W - 9/1/18 vs. South Dakota
L - 9/8/18 vs. Mississippi State
W - 9/15/18 vs. UTSA
L - 9/22/18 @ WVU
L - 9/29/18 vs. Texas
Remaining Games:
underdog - 10/6/18 @ Baylor
underdog - 10/13/18 vs. Oklahoma State
underdog - 10/27/18 @ Oklahoma
underdog - 11/3/18 @ TCU
FAVORED - 11/10/18 vs. Kansas
underdog - 11/17/18 vs. Texas Tech
underdog - 11/24/18 @ Iowa State
Put another way, lose to Baylor and we're mumped.

I agree Pete we don’t win today and it’s probably the shittest bowl out there IF we even make one.
-
If we lose to Baylor, I see 3 wins. I guess ISU will screw something up against us, so 4 wins.
Never would have thought 3/4 wins would be on the table for this year................. :bang:

The KenTacoHut bowl is on the line!

A bowl game would set this program back 5 years.

Sad, but true.

Before anyone gives us the whole "Well Iowa State beat Oklahoma State so that means we can beat Oklahoma State" thing, let's just acknowledge that ISU beating OSU most likely means that ISU is all the more probable in whipping our ass in Ames.

long live the tank

If we beat Okie State, I foresee us winning our final 3 games and landing comfortably in some bowl named after a motel chain or casual dining restaurant or something along those lines.

I think we will probably rip ISU's heart out and feed it to them in Ames, but that doesn't mean we are a better team than they are. We are clearly worse.

You do realize KU has a better win record than us. I wouldn't be to sure about breaking ISU's heart. :frown:

You do realize KU has a better win record than us.
Uh, are we still allowing them to count the spring game as a win?

Central Michigan on the road is a better win than what we have so far.
-
Well, if you bother to look and the last I checked, they have two FBS wins vs our one FBS and one FCS wins. :dubious:

Central Michigan on the road is a better win than what we have so far.
No one is arguing that, but that's not what he said.
