We all know the unfortunate but accurate reputation of Mississippians: extremely fat dumb poor people. I hope they can get a good group together for the road trip. It'd be fun! I hope the don't take our "family" motto too seriously though, if you know what I mean :surprised:

Sad as is to say, but I am not sure how many will be able to make it up there. I love Mississippi more than most, but I have to admit we're not the richest people in the country. But then again neither is Kansas if I remember correctly. In any case the ones who come will be the one who can and will contribute to an exciting atmosphere. I won't be able to make it, but I have always wanted to see your stadium (it looks pretty cool when I've seen it on TV).

FYI - For the less educated, the K-State Defense's "LYNCH MOB" nickname derives from John R. Lynch, an African American who overcame the adversity of slavery to become a lawyer, military leader, and congressional representative. It is well known that Mr. Lynch was extremely EMAW and, as one of his first acts as a free man following the Emancipation Proclamation, insisted on being in Manhattan for the founding of KSU in 1863. When trying to think of a nickname to capture their tough-as-nails attitude and indomitable spirit, the KSU cats defense could think of no one better than Mr. Lynch to be their namesake.

Yea, we had a weak kneed QB and a rookie QB replace him. Our rookies got a lot better toward the second half of the season. 9-4, what was your record last season?

I legitimately feel bad for those poor people. I mean, damn, you can go a hella ways above that and still be what I consider poor. So at least 1 in 3 is dirt poor and then how many are KITNfury version of poor? 2/3? More than that?
