Appears to be a great rebounder. He will be visiting us Thursday to Saturday. Staff has been recruiting him hard for a month. We were one of the poorest rebounding teams. Imagine winning the rebound war in a game - Orgasm. The following is from the Wichita Eagle:
Claws led the Wildcats with 6.2 rebounds this season, while Xavier Sneed averaged 5.1. No one else on the roster averaged more than 3.4.
Trice could help. He ranked fourth nationally in junior-college rebounding this season.
“I just have a nose for the ball,” Trice said. “It kind of happened this year. I felt like I needed to do something great on top of scoring and I decided to make that rebounding. I was the No. 1 rebounder in the country for a while this season. I always wanted to make sure I had a double-double this year. That was my goal for every game.”

Did we over use Wade, and did that contribute to the foot injury? IMO yes, but we had no choice since we did not have any one on the bench to rotate in to give Wade a break. Trice hopefully will start, and Mawien can be used to relieve Dean or Trice as he an play both positions. Stockard can give a few minutes.. I think we will be suprised by Trice's scoring output. No 3 but from the foul line in it sounds like he is pretty good. Rebounding sets up breaks, and we have guards

Got him, per KSO. Big time.

Eat crap Brad! Man oscar is recruiting his ass off.
-
Is he still going to visit OU? He was scheduled to next week.

He is for oscar. Welcome to K-State basketball n00b
-
oscar has always been a better recruiter vs the previous guy who's missed the tourney 5 out of 6 years.

He's 6'7, but probably more like 6'6.25 or 6'6.5 in shoes. Most players heights are "in shoes" though. He plays taller than his height, so more like a 6'8 PF. He attacks the glass, which we obviously need. Jumps well and dunks with power. Lefty but dunked with both hands easily.
He will give us an athletic guy that can play with Wade at the 4/5 spots. Maiwen still likely starts with Trice coming into to sub for Maiwen. Stockard has a ways to go before being a helpful big guy playing along Wade.
I've seen the comparisons to Quincy Acy because of the strong, athletic, long armed PF. Acy was a little taller, 6'7 3/4 in shoes with a great 7'2 wingspan. Acy also put up 12 & 7.5 (Pts/Reb) in 29-30 minutes his Jr/Sr years at Baylor (2011 & 2012 ). We don't need Trice to Ave 12 and I'm not sure he could get that if needed (or the equivalent of 12 pts per 30 minutes)

Shame on Frank for not recruiting and covering up for a person who sprayed bullets down 435. Fuckface muppet also covered up for a drunk driver who left his teammate for dead while at Illinois. Outstanding person

Dave Bliss thinks fuckface muppet is a piece of crap. But by all means keep cheering on a coach that loves to have his players try to murder people. He is ok with trying to cover it up.

 Stop clams!

Stop clams!
He's a shell of a guy.

Oh man. He was gonna be a combination of Dirk Nowitzki, Tim Duncan and Kevin Garnett. Never quite reached his ceiling as a Cat.
-
after thinking on it some more i don't think he's very good.
