-I usually get up around 7:10 and have to watch Gator for about 20 minutes before I hop in the shower. 15 minutes to get ready and then 15 minute commute to work.
-8 to 9: I play catch up at work. I've gotta check gE, twitter, Facebook, the news, etc. so I have my talking points ready for the day with my coworkers.
-9 to 9:15: Finally look through my emails. Check my calendar for the day. Maybe pour me a cup of coffee. Depends how my blood pressure is looking on that day.
-9:15 to 11:30: Fake work stuff, gE, talk to some docs, maybe even make some offers.
-11:30 to 1: Long lunch. Take gator out. Eat and binge on the office at home
-1 to 5: Finally my juices are loose and I might make some calls, emails candidates, hop on Linkedin and do some work.
-5:15 to 7ish: Depends on the commute and stuff, but i'm usually swimming laps at the gym. I finish with about a 5 minute hot tub experience after i'm done.
-7 to 9:30/10ish- Dinner with Mrs wacky. Non stop harrassment from Gator and binge watching whatever show/movie we wanna watch that night.
-10ish is bedtime. About 30-45 minutes in bed of watching Friends or Jimmy Fallon.

Yeah, after swimming laps for about an hour, there's nothing better than getting in a giant hot tub like the pros do to loosen everything up. I also dunk my head under the water to get the full experience. Also, good for the locker room too, you know? I'd rather present myself after being in hot water vs. cold. #Science

Also, my water proof ear buds only work 50% of the time. I've tried to take them back to get a new pair twice and have even tried a new brand, but nothing will stick. Waterproof my ass.

10:30-11am - start gambling
5-530pm - stop gambling
535pm - drive home
630pm - eat dinner (sometimes make)

310pm - pick up lil nicname from school
320pm - do other stuff I need/ want to do
630 - eat dinner (mostly make)

750am to 3pm - do other stuff. sometimes sleep, but mostly stuff that needs doing

315pm do mostly fun stuff

630pm drive to casino and gamble until 12am-2am somewhere in there then drive home and sleep

5-5:45 wake up
5:45-6:40 bathe, brush teeth, get dressed, grab banana, yogurt, granola bar to eat for breakfast
6:40 walk to bus, insert earbuds for daily music
6:50-7:10 bus pickup, crossword, walk to work.
7:10-3:00 work, maybe eat the breakfast I brought if I have time, likely have to explain to employees how to do their job, I gave them the easiest task possible, and double the time I would’ve given myself.
3:00-3:30 (6:40-7:10 reversed)
3:30- 7 or 8. Kids, cook dinner, more kids, get kids to sleep, at least 1 cartoon.
8-11/12 Work from home while watching sports or another program.
Repeat.
Weekends are pretty much kids all day every day and house cleaning and work sprinkled in. Occasional trip to a bar.

It's weird, but I actually get antsy at times if I'm not working/doing something. so it doesn't bother me as much as it sounds.

I rode the bus for years in Milwaukee. Didn’t see a reason to stop just because we moved to Topeka. Plus my employer pays the fare, so why not. There are some days that I drive in, but usually when I have meetings across town.

I don't know. I like riding the bus. Saves gas. Don't have to worry about driving which I generally don't like to do anyway. Costs me nothing. Allows me to get some exercise by walking a lot. The only downside (especially here), is you have to be on their schedule which is every 30 minutes during the getting to and leaving work blocks and every hour the rest of the day. In Milwaukee a new bus came by every 10-15 minutes or so, so it wasn't a big deal if you missed your ride.
I get the stigma in smaller cities about riding the bus, but I guess. Get over it. At least on my route, the majority of the riders are high school kids going to and from school, blind/disabled/elderly people that can't drive, and a handful of people going to/from work.

1900 chill with wife and dog, veg at the tube, maybe soak in the bathtub

7:00 - actually get "up" usually check youtube for interesting videos and other internet things

7:40 - eat some cereal, make lunch, more checking the internet
8-8:15 - finally leave for work
8:15-8:30 - get to work, fill up water, settle into seeing what horrors in the inbox has in store
8:45 - 6:00pm - Put out as many fires as I can
6:30 - if it's a Monday or Wednesday, kickboxing class
7:30 or so - Dinner
8:30 or so - Watch TV/netflix
11:00 - tell myself to go to bed, but I don't
12:00ish - actually go to bed

4:00ish Visit from boss to tell me that priorities have changed or he decided against something that he had previously decided.
4-4:45 Leave work to go home
4:45ish-6 Watch pre-recorded TV while cleaning, laundry, etc., Drink water with CBD oil
6:00-8:30 Something sort of productive + eat dinner
9pm Hot Tub
9:30ish Read
10ish Bed
optional:10pm-2am Lay in bed thinking about stuff at work or other stuff and listen to Gooch snore.

No, I made it to show how mumped up my workplace is and then that CBD oil just came to mind.

I don't smoke it. It is a water soluble so I put it in a drink.
I have only been taking it a couple weeks but it helps with joint pain. There are other forms (i.e. tinctures) that are better for things like anxiety.

There is a CBD dispensary very close to where I live. From research THC and CBD are the chemical products ingested during weed. THC is obviously bad news but CBD has qualities that haven’t been frowned upon as much.

The CDB oil I have is hemp based. There is also marijuana based CBD oil (which they say is more effective) but that one is illegal in KS.
I took it right before bed the last two nights and have slept better than usual.

The AG tried to claim it is already illegal under current laws (and I think the stores even closed for a few days), but then the legislature introduced a bill that would explicitly make CBD legal.
