You can share your encounters here. Met a new uncle yesterday on Mrs Wacky's side who had no idea I went to K-State. Lots of them were discussing what a ride this tourney had been for the squawks and how they just ran into a really hot team yesterday. Karl then tells me that he was listening to the radio the other day and he heard oscar Weber say how proud he was of his team. Karl thought this was a joke. "They didn't even play anyone in the tournament. What a stupid thing for him to say. Such a joke." Then my homeboy (another uncle) snakes (who's also an uncle and a squawk) looked at me and said "Wasn't Creighton pretty good this year?" I said ya and they actually beat Nova this year as well. Karl did not know this. Then I also had to let him know how hot Kentucky was at the end of the year and that Claws was a first team Big 12 guy and didn't play in the tournament. Karl still rolled his eyes, but man, I gotta tell you, that felt pretty great. Karl was not thrilled with my insight on the matter at all.
