His tweet contained both the words incident and accident, so in this instance, the incidence of grammatical accidence is statistically insignificant. I would also add that it's fair to describe the nature of the accident/incident as insolent.

I would say the severity of the incident was an accident. If that makes sense. I'm not sure race was as big of a factor in no ejection/suspension as Twitter implies. Happened fast. Could be wrong though.

Agree with this. IMO refs should have already received some kind of discipline and we should be done talking about it.
